Why thank you. Things seem to be going very well the minute but I am still worried that with the amount of games we have that the players will get tired quite quickly. I think I am going to have to improve the backroom staff as a priority in order to bring in better staff with better abilities. Thanks for reading.

This was an extremely frustrating month. I wanted us to be beating Southampton and Fulham as in my opinion we have done much better so far this season and the performances against these two teams meant we deserved more from them. What I feel we are lacking at the moment is a creative spark in the middle of the pitch. I have decided that I have invested too much in the attacking options in the striker position and not enough in the midfield. Why I ever thought that Anthony Stokes would be a good signing I don’t know! He has already been placed on the transfer list as he is very close to useless. I will be looking to use the remaining £7 million transfer budget to buy that creative genius that I desperately need.

It was one of the most full months I have ever experienced but as long as we are getting points on the board then I am not bothered. Thanks for reading.

I do intend on buying Danny Wilson and I confident, if we carry on having a good season, he will want to sign for us and play first team football instead of being on the bench for Liverpoo. Thanks for reading.

Cheers Mark. Things are going much better than was expected so I am very happy. I can see the semi final of the cup being more of a difficult task. I definitely want to sign Wilson but will wait until the end of the season. Thanks for reading.

It was quite nerve racking against Braga until I realised that they would have to beat me by a substantial amount of goals in order to leap frog us in the table. I am not looking to go far in this competition as the extra games have made us shattered and we are going to find games in the Premier League difficult soon. Thanks for reading.

Things are going surprisingly very well. I am hoping that the players can keep it up; especially as the more competitions we are in the more games which is going to take its toll eventually. Thanks for reading.

It is great to have progressed to the knockout rounds of a European competition in my second season. I hope we could maybe get past the first round...will have to wait and see I guess.
