You've done well to get so much money out of that :)
PaukerJ: Cheers mate and I must disagree, I think I got a great price for Juan. His attributes are actually quite poor, and Giuseppe Bellusci is a more than capable replacement :P

Louis O.: Cheers buddy, hopefully it'll help the financial situation :)
Talk about big money transfers, you just bought 3 of the FM13 Dream Team! :P

Sorry about the lack up updates guys, my WiFi's been out since Friday so I haven't been able to get online except on mobile. It should be fixed today or tomorrow.

A good start to the preseason. Mattia Destro picked up right where he left off scoring goals with a brace, and new man Lorenzo Insigne scored very late on to make a good friendly debut. Insigne was a constant threat, especially when we switched to a 4-3-3 at half time and he played on the left wing. He also assisted both of Destro's goals. Adam Maher seemed to struggle a bit but played fine overall, he is getting used to the style and language I assume.

Inter 3-0 Bologna

An excellent game, this time we kept the clean sheet. Sissoko drove the attack forward and most of our chances were created from the wings, as Raheem Sterling and Lorenzo Insigne had brilliant games on either flank. Giuseppe Bellusci also was a rock at the back and is forming a good partnership with Andrea Ranocchia that will be vital this coming season, considering we've lost Juan Jesus now.

Seongnam 1-5 Inter

Friendly
Starting XI (4-3-3)
ter Stegen; Bellusci, Ranocchia, Pierguidi, Pereira; Sissoko, Maher, Poli; Sterling, Insigne, Destro

Match
Lorenzo Insigne (8)
Mattia Destro (38, 45)
Vladamir Jovancic (43)
Ademilson (72)
Valentino Lazaro (77)

Man of the Match
Mattia Destro

The first stop in our tour of South Korea was quite simple for us besides a fluke goal they scored. Lorenzo Insigne continued to impress, and as did Mattia Destro with his second brace in three matches. They look a formidable pair. Adam Maher looks like he's settled, he put in an excellent performance as welll, and Ryad Boudebouz put his name into the mix with a wonderful counterattack and assist to Ademilson.

Sangju 0-3 Inter

Friendly
Starting XI (4-3-1-2)
ter Stegen; Mbaye, Ranocchia, Bellusci, Pereira; Poli, M'Vila, Sissoko; Maher; Insigne, Destro

Match
Adam Maher (33)
Lorenzo Insigne (37)
Simone Pierguidi (90+2)

Man of the Match
Alvaro Pereira

And we close our tour of South Korea with a perfect win. Maher and Insigne were excellent attacking threats, working together behind Destro excellently. We switched back to the narrower 4-3-1-2 and Maher played excellently between the lines, often escaping his marker. Our ability to tactically switch things up a lot this season should be a major asset as now we have the ability to play narrow and controlling or wider and faster.

Inter 3-1 Cremonese

Friendly
Starting XI

Match
Lorenzo Insigne (13, 34)
Coutinho (75)
Jared Bi Zamble (84)

Man of the Match
Lorenzo Insigne

Excellent way to go into our Supercoppa Italia match against Fiorentina. Insigne absolutely beasted the match, scoring two spectacular volleys from outside the box to seal the win. Coutinho returned from international duty with an injury so now that he's fit it's good to see him on the scoresheet. This capped off an excellent preseason, we look raring to go for the season ahead.

Player of the Preseason

Lorenzo Insigne is my player of the preseason. The 16m man was brilliant, scoring in every game including a brace in the last game. 6 goals in 5 games has given me high expectations for the season and hopefully he and Destro can lead the line admirably. Ademilson may be in trouble with this kind of form from his competition.

Insigne is gonna be godly, I can just.......feel it :P
