Welcome all to the Supercoppa Italia, the annual curtain raiser of Italian football. I'm Krupesh Shah and I'll be your host for this match that will be contested by Serie A and Coppa Italia champions Inter Milan and the Coppa runner ups, Fiorentina. It will be a rematch of the final game of last season, and Fiorentina will want vengeance. Let's take a look at the starting lineups.

Key Player for Inter: I'd have to say Lorenzo Insigne will be the most important player for the Nerazzurri. He's been in top form in friendlies and he'll be a big threat down the left flank.

Key Player for Fiorentina: Who else but striker Haris Seferovic. He was Serie A's second top scorer last term behind his opposite number Mattia Destro, and will look to lead the line for his defensive side.

3' CHANCE - Alvaro Pereira storms down the left side as usual. Excellent slip in pass to Lorenzo Insigne, shakes his man, shoots just wide! So close, great early chance for Inter!

17' GOAL - Ibrahima Mbaye sprints down the right and whips in a cross which Raheem Sterling volleys home with a superb left footed volley! 1-0 to Inter!

37' SAVE - De Silvestri picks up the ball for Fiorentina in the center of the park and surges forward. He lines up a strike, outstanding save from ter Stegen! He was at full extension to keep that one out!

HT' Inter have absolutely dominated proceedings so far and will hope to continue in this vein of form in the second half. Their outside backs in particular look dangerous, and Fiorentina need to regroup.

54' GOAL - Raheem Sterling picks off Silvestre's back pass, and he's through on goal! Good save from Agazzi, but Insigne follows up and scores! 2-0 to Inter!

83' GOAL - Ryad Boudebouz cuts in from the right side and skins two defenders. Excellent dribbling, slips in Insigne, perfect finish! Insigne scores again, 3-0 to Inter!

90+1 CROSSBAR - Fernandez steps up to take this late free kick for Fiorentina. It's up over the wall, off the post and over! He had ter Stegen beaten there with a stunning free kick, but it's just missed!

FT' It's all over here and Inter win the Supercoppa Italia by a scoreline of 3 goals to none. Fiorentina were thoroughly outdone today and Inter showed their title credentials well. This new look 4-3-3 attacking Inter side will have high hopes for the season following this early trophy success.

I find 4-1-4-1 incredibly hard to break down since they have 9 players in the back but you managed to get 3 goals on a good side, that's good management!
