Why didn't ya just stay at bloody Everton! Don't bring the whole squad!

Balleste To Join Manchester United

Malaga youngster Pol Balleste has become the next player to agree to join David Moyes at Manchester United. Pol, 17, has sparked rumours that Moyes will concentrate on signing a lot of youth players in January, but admitted to announcing the signing of Balleste early as he will not be able to join until July 2013.

Balleste started his career at Barcelona, but after not playing a single game for the first side in two years, he left for Malaga on a free. After a season at Malaga, he performed well for the U17 side, but again didn't play for the reserve side. Pol is now currently on loan to Salamanca, where he has played 4 games. Moyes will hope to take advantage of this, to get Balleste a bit more experience for coming to England.

Manchester United and Malaga agreed a fee of just £350k for the goalkeeper, who has been named as the name Iker Casillas. The Spaniard has already become known in Spain for his handling and refelexes, which he will hope to develop further at Old Trafford, hopefully using the help of fellow Spanish goalkeeper David De Gea.

Pol Balleste will join Manchester United on 1st July 2013.
Toon: I might sign Jelavic and Anichebe too. :P Joking, Baines and Fellaini will be the only ones who join, Jagielka won't after I saw the scout report. ;)
Are you going to sign Heitinga, Peinaar, and Mirallas as well? :P
neal09: Just wait until I get to the youth squad! And the staff! There all coming! I should have just changed Evertons name :P
Never had much luck when I've signed Pol Balleste so will be interesting to see how he does at United. Good luck in a tough CL group but I reckon you'll come out on top
k1rups: I'm not sure how he'll turn out, but for that price it's worth a go! ;)

October 2012 Results

September finished as a pretty good month, but October is a big one for us. Reaching the later stages of the Capital One Cup, continuing with the Champions League, and building on our league position won't be easy, as we have some tough sides to play.

Paris Saint-Germain 1-2 Manchester United

Wed. 3rd October 2012 - UEFA Champions League Grp C - Parc des Princes - Att. 47,249

United Starting XI - De Gea, Buttner, Smalling, Ferdinand, Rafael, Scholes, Fellaini, Kagawa, Cleverley, Lewandowski, Hernandez SUBS - Lindegaard, Jones, Evans, Carrick, Giggs, van Persie, Fierro

SUBS - Carrick, Giggs, van Persie

GOALS - Lewandowski (33) van Persie (79)

MOTM - Rio Ferdinand

A very nice result for the boys! PSG are a tough side to play, and we dominated everything. It was great for Lewandowski to score again, and van Persie from the bench, which has put us in a much better position after our recent loss against Galatasary. It was even better to do so away, and hopefully we can pick up another three points at home.

Tottenham Hotspur 1-1 Manchester United

Sunday 7th October 2012 - Barclays Premier League - White Hart Lane - Att. 36,284

United Starting XI - Lindegaard, Buttner, Ferdinand, Smalling, Rafael, Fellaini, Cleverley, Kagawa, Lewandowski, van Persie SUBS - Dea Gea, Jones, Evans, Giggs, Carrick, Hernandez, Fierro

SUBS - Carrick, Hernandez

GOALS - Rooney (pen 20)

MOTM - Michael Dawson

Another point away from home against a tough side is great again. Although the score was even, we seemed to play the better football, and were unlucky not to score another and win. It was great for Rooney to score, and he hasn't in a while, and I hope we play like this against them again in the cup in a few weeks.

Manchester United 2-0 Aston Villa

Sunday 21st October 2012 - Barclays Premier League - Old Trafford - Att. 75,115

United Starting XI - Adan, Buttner, Vidic, Ferdinand, Smalling, Fellaini, Kagawa, Cleverley, Fierro, Lewandowski, van Persie SUBS - Dea Gea, Jones, Evans, Carrick, Giggs, Hernandez, Rooney

SUBS - Carrick, Giggs, Hernandez

GOALS - Vidic (5) Lewandowski (41)

MOTM - Nemanja Vidic

The months going well! We played a slightly more defensive tactic than usual, due to getting the early goal, and playing Adan in goal, but we still managed to get another goal, and Adan got a clean sheet on his debut! A great game, easily won the reds, who will now look onto the next game.

Valencia 0-2 Manchester United

Wednesday 24th October 2012 - UEFA Champions League Group C - Mestalla - Att. 55,000

United Starting XI - De Gea, Buttner, Vidic, Ferdinand, Rafael, Fellaini, Carrick, Cleverley, Giggs, Lewandowski, van Persie SUBS - Adan, Jones, Smalling, Kagawa, Hernandez, Fierro, Rooney

SUBS - None

GOALS - Lewandowski (7, 62)

MOTM - Robert Lewandowski

Another win in Europe is showing we really mean business, and after playing everyone once, we are currently sitting with Galatasary on 6 points, and we have better goal difference. Robert Lewandowski showed once again why he was worth the money, scoring another two goals before half time, and a great performance by Alexander Buttner too!

Norwich 1-0 Manchester United

Saturday 27th October 2012 - Barclays Premier League - Carrow Road - Att. 27,224

United Starting XI - Lindegaard, Buttner, Vidic, Smalling, Rafael, Cleverley, Kagawa, Carrick, Rooney, Lewandowski, van Persie SUBS - De Gea, Jones, Ferdinand, Fellaini, Hernandez, Fierro, Giggs

SUBS - Ferdinand, Fellaini, Hernandez

GOALS - None

INJURED - Cleverley (Bruised rib, 3-4 days) Vidic (Stubbed toe, 1-2 days)

MOTM - Michael Turner

A game we should have won, but we have so many fixtures at the moment the boys just can't cope, every player is starting the game with pretty low fitness. It's unlucky, but I knew it would come, and now is the time. We actually played pretty well, but just couldn't work the ball into the box when needed. Norwich have had a brilliant season so far, and just carried it on against us.

Tottenham Hotspur 0-2 Manchester United

Wednesday 31st October 2012 - Capital One Cup 4th Round - White Hart Lane - Att. 35,646

United Starting XI - De Gea, Buttner, Vidic, Ferdinand, Rafael, Rooney, Kagawa, Carrick, Giggs, Lewandowski, van Persie SUBS - Lindegaard, Jones, Smalling, Scholes, Fellaini, Hernandez, Fierro

SUBS - Smalling, Fellaini, Hernandez

GOALS - Lewandowski (39, 42)

MOTM - Robert Lewandowski

When we needed the win, we got it! We're through to the quarter final, and had a brilliant game away from home, against Tottenham, again. We dominated play, and Lewandowski dominated everything in their half, he had yet another superb game. Hopefully the form continues into the next round of the cup, which will be drawn soon.

League Table

We're still sitting third, which is nice, and I think we can build on it next month. We had our first loss in the league, but that doesn't matter too much. Our goal difference isn't bad, but Chelsea are close, and we need to stop them.

Player of the Month

Robert Lewandowski. Lewandowski has won it again for a second month running, thanks to some truly inspirational performances for United. Lewandowski scored nearly every goal for the Manchester club this month, so deserved the award for then anyone. He is showing to be a truly brilliant signing.
Some good results this month, standard Norwich slip-up not-withstanding. 3 points off the top spot isn't bad, stupid Norwich!
Great result against PSG and in the league. Unlucky against Norwich though
ziechael: Norwich are a team I just can't beat, whoever I am. Hopefully we will be first by the end of a very hectic November!

k1rups: Thanks pal, it was a tough one to take. ;)
Nice signing, and good results :)
the signings and results are pretty good but losing against Norwich? thats the same like i had against Reading, a game you should be able to win with ease and you end up losing. And good to see Lewandowski is performing well for you
This is definitely a story that could be a potential story of the month winner - well presented and well written. Keep it up but do start to beat teams like Norwich City :P

2013/14 Season Kits Leaked

Following the creation of an unknown account on twitter, by a member who goes simply by the name @FootyFirst, multiple kits have been leaked on the internet, suggested to be the kits that will be used in the 2013/2014 seasons, throughout the English divisions. Many top clubs, including Chelsea, Manchester United and Sheffield FC have all had pictures leaked on the internet.

Manchester United were the first side to have kits leaked. The apparent kits will be sponsored by Costa Coffee, and if the pictures are true, than the Red Devils will have ditched their mega money deal with Nike, to instead have Errea make the kits for David Moyes and co. The design features a black stripe down the side, and the one stripe design has featured on a lot of recent Manchester United kits. Meanwhile, the away kit features a very unique design, keeping the Errea make and Costa Coffee sponsor, but using a strange design of white and gold. Many Manchester United fans have expressed their anger at the possible switch to Errea, so are hoping the pictures are fakes.

Many other kits have been leaked from the same twitter account, but all clubs mentioned are yet to release any kits, being so early on in the current season. We will not know whether the kits are genuine for the time being, but will instead have to enjoy the current season and their kits.

The twitter account also thanked a memeber who went by the name of 'Justice' for the kits.
