Okay guys, I'm not leaving Hajduk... Seriously... for Newcastle?

I mean... come on... Newcastle?!

WELCOME TO THE END OF THE SEASON
HAJDUK WIN THE DOUBLE
Tomislav Kiš scored in the final of the Croatian Cup to wrap up the season, as Hajduk make their way into the Group stage of the Champions League, with no additional qualifications shenanigans. The 22 year old striker had a massive season for the Croatian champions, scoring 30 goals. In fact, the only reason Kiš wasn't "player of the year" is because it's judged solely by amount of PotM awards... So, while Kiš had an average rating of 7.63, Branko Vrgo? won the award. There's always next year though.

There was a surprise on the other end of the table...

Hajduk look set to raid Dinamo of their prized asset, Domagoj Vida. Presumably, the defender won't be thrilled about playing in the 2nd Croatian Division. How ANYONE managed to get the best paid club in the division is beyond even the best analysts.

In the U19s, Hajduk managed to win the European Treble. A fantastic squad took every squad to the very edge, and they smashed it, finally lifting the title in Sunderland. Then, after they finished that off, they set about catching Dinamo (who, inexplicably had a fantastic U19 squad) to chase down the treble. And, just as they were licking the icing off the cake by lifting the U19 cup (against Slaven Belupo) they took out Dinamo 3-1 in the last match of the season to reaffirm their status as one of the greatest academy teams in the world.

MEANWHILE... IN THE REST OF THE WORLD
Pepe Reina lifted the Premier League title for Liverpool, as Simon Grayson took an improbable Liverpool to their first league in 25 years. Grayson won the EPL manager of the season award. The win is notable for being the third season after Liverpool was relegated to the Championship, and the first season after Steven Gerrard's retirement from professional football.

Real Madrid marched to their 5th consecutive Liga BBVA title. It is the third time that Madrid team have won five titles in a row, their first since the late 80s, ending in 1990. Sergio Asenjo won the Goalkeeper of the Year award, in his 3rd season after rebreaking into Athletico Madrid's first team squad.

FC Bayern won their 4th title in a row. Dortmund, HSV and Schalke follow up to qualify for the Champions League.

Sampdoria won their first league title since 1990, incidentally... the same amount of time since Liverpool last won the title. AC Milan have been taken over by Renzo Poggi, after Silvio Berlusconi stepped down. Poggi's main concern was to rid the club of financial debt. AC Milan finished 7th, while Inter were 5th, and will be playing in the Europa League next season.

Paris Saint-Germain won the Ligue 1 with 95 points, smashing Olympique de Marseille, who were last season's champions, were 2nd with 78 points.

AND FINALLY:

UEFA CL
OLYMPIQUE DE MARSEILLE 3-2 MANCHESTER UNITED (ATATÜRK OLYMPIC, ISTANBUL)

EUROPA LEAGUE
PSG (P) 1-1 TOULOUSE FC (ESTÁDIO DO DRAGÃO, PORTO)

NORTH AMERICAN CHAMPIONS LEAGUE
SEATTLE (away goals) 2-2 AMÉRICA (MEX)
Dinamo relegated? Really? That's awesome!
I expect you to win the CL next season - Don't disappoint me!
CHAMPIONS!! But seriously, what happened to Dinamo?
2013-08-22 10:05#130416 edu1878 : CHAMPIONS!! But seriously, what happened to Dinamo?

They kept losing by one, two goals... REALLY big scorelines... very rarely went their way. After a bit, they completely lost confidence. Also, they sold 24.5 million € of players... with very few replacements
Congrats on the title, but Dinamo. WTF?
Bloody hell, Dinamo!

Very nice story mate, impressed realy... didnt read all but found some interesting thing too watch. I know Oremus will play because Maglica injured. Andrijašević tired and thats good, Vukovic looks like he will not play but i am not sure yet. And interesting Goran Blazevic is tired so i think Kalinic will be on goal. In my team all ok i guess, are all lookin in better in quality and had 1 day advantage after EU Q. leg where Hajduk didnt have best time. I think my team is favorite but its a super cup and i am not too good manager so i think only me can screw up. I really dont know what will i say to players.

KIŠ BEING CHASED... SHAME HE'S PRETTY FAST
It's rumoured that the defending English Champions are getting ready to table a huge bid for Hajduk's top striker, Tomislav Kiš, 14.75 M €. But Tomislav Kiš has a much bigger release clause, coming in at just under 25 million euros.

The trouble is that it's not only Kiš that Hajduk have to defend against. See, after a massive 30 goal season, the French Champions, Paris Saint-Germain, are also rumoured to be on the market for Kiš, along with Dortmund. The French are trying to replace an aging Zlatan Ibrahimovi?, while Dortmund could use an extra striker. And Liverpool? Well Liverpool are rumoured to be selling Fabio Borini to PSG for 25 million, and buying Kiš for 15. The trick is that Borini and Kiš are almost exactly the same player, and for Hajduk to receive less than what Liverpool recieve for Borini. ESPECIALLY since Kiš is 5 years younger than Borini.

MEANWHILE... BENDIŠ REJECTS ZENIT SAINT PETERSBURG
In what could be the biggest signal that Kiš is staying at the club, Bendiš has rejected a contact offer from the Russian League runner-ups. To be fair, It was a much smaller offer than Newcastle's AND CSKA's... they do, however, have a better squad than Newcastle, and the opportunity for Bendiš to bring the best bits of his Hajduk squad.

But, yet again, Bendiš is staying with the Croatian champions to try and bring them up in the world.
If you sell Kis, I will stop reading this story.
