Nice format, I like the hour by hour type thing :) Nice signings, especially Zouma, 14m is a bargain, though 26 is more realistic :P
Wow, some interesting piece of business there, wonder how Hughes, Mattheus and Zouma will turn out for you.
Productive deadline day for the club, hopefully you can do a lot better than last season. :)

Mixed Month For The Villans

Sir Alex and his Villa clan had a up and down month. a win against Chelsea but a drubbing against Everton mean they are doing only slightly better than last season but they are playing more as a team.

Sunday 1st September

Aston Villa 5-4 Chelsea
Benteke (1)
Dyer (48)
Dos Santos (66)
Agbonlahor (70)
Agbonlahor (77)
Agbonlahor
Venue: Villa Park
Attendance: 42,700
Aston Villa showed they are no pushovers but there defence remains very shaky as they came back from 4-1 down to win 5-4. Gabby Agbonlahor was awesome in this game and got a England Call up too.

Saturday 14th September
Live On BT Sport
Q.P.R 2-1 Aston Villa
Agbonlahor (1)
Villa went from amazing to just awful and the fact they could not put a chance away.
Venue: Loftus Road
Attendance: 18,439

Saturday 21st September
Man Utd 2-0 Aston Villa
Villa were unlucky to lose this match. A Van Persie double sunk the Villans.

Attendance: 71,300

Tuesday 24th September

Sneijder (34)

Aston Villa 0-4 Everton

Attendance: 41,550

So a horrible end to the month and Villa are in the bottom half of the table. However they are playing better and Mattheus and Will Hughes look a good signings. This is how the League Table looks.

Premier League Table

It has been a interesting start to the Premier League in which obviously Van Persie is hitting the goals in already.
What is going on with Villa mate? Some class players but just not able to be consistent enough. That win against Chelsea was madness though and definitely got something to build on! Keep it up
I think I am struggling to find the right partnerships etc so we will see, i did say it would be a work in progress lets see how October goes

Villa Keep Dissapointing

Sir Alex Ferguson is today fighting for his job after a horrible month saw his Villa team flirt with the relegation zone. With two draws and a really bad defeat Villa are officially at the wrong end of the table. Fergie has even gone on record and told players like Nem, Sneijder and Baines PERFORM or your out of this club.

Sunday 6th October
Live On BT Sport
Arsenal 1-1 Aston Villa
Mattheus (59)
Venue: The Emirates
Attendance: 66,000
Aston Villa were outclassed all match, but with a Mattheus lob he selvaged a well battled point for Villa

Sunday 20th October
Live On Sky Sports
Stoke City 3-0 Aston Villa
Venue: Brittania Stadium
Attendance: 31,000
Well this was Stoke at there absolute best and the lowsiest Villa performance known to man. Nem forgot to show up and got a 3.9 rating and Baines missed two penalties.

Saturday 26th October
Live On Sky Sports
Aston Villa 1-1 Newcastle United
Dos Santos (14)
Venue: Villa Park
Attendance: 29,554
Aston Villa have there lowest attendance in the Premier League for some time as fans show by not turning up what they think of there team at the moment. Dos Santos however was brilliant this game but he can not do it all by himself.

In summery if Sir Alex is going to hold on to his job he will need to really rally his troops and find a formation that works.

Villa will hope things can only get better.
oh dear, down in 17th. I imagine you'll be able to claw your way back up the table. Also how good is the BT Coverage? :P

Yeah I hope to claw my way back up the table. The BT coverage is crap. Next season I am throwing BBC, ITV and Channel 5 into the mix along with Eurosport
Not going too well :P I'm sure you'll recover though. Keep going!

On The Up!

Sir Alex finally had something to smile about this month as Villa moved UP the table and actually started playing like a unit. It is not too late for Villa to push for the Europa League like the board wanted.

Tomkins Makes The Cut

http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/802/xz7.jpg/

James Tomkins' performances for Aston Villa this month and last month have earnt him his first full England Cap. Tomkins a summer signing from West Ham made has debut against Romania in the 3-1 victory. He also picked up Man Of The Match against Brazil in a friendl. He joined Gabby Agbonlahor who picked up his first International goal against romania, playing his 12th international, Leighton Baines and Gary Gardner. Gardner who had a pulsating season last season, was one of the few players to come out with any credit whatsoever last season. Although he has nmot played for Villa all that much this season Sir Alex has said he is a part of his plans just like Fabian Delph.

Saturday 2nd November
Live On Sky Sports
Aston Villa 1-2 Reading
Baines (84)
Venue: Villa Park
Attendance: 40,172
Aston Villa were seriously unlucky to lose this match. Baines gave Aston Villa hope on the 84th minute but Reading were able to hold on to a priceless victory

Wednesday 6th November
Aston Villa 2-0 Blackburn Rovers
Zouma (34)
Ayew (61)
Zouma
Venue: Villa Park
Attendance: 41,000
This was a much better polished performance for Aston Villa. Andre Ayew and Kurt Zouma showed why Villa spent so much money on them. Wellington Nem also had his best game in a Aston Villa Shirt. Sir Alex saw a team he new he had here.

Saturday 9th November
Live On BT Sport
Southampton 3-1 Aston Villa
Clark (75)
Venue: St. Mary's Stadium
Attendance: 39,000
Rickie Lambert is a Sir Alex Ferguson target and he showed why here. He destroyed Aston Villa's belief in the first half by hitting a Hat-trick. Villa dominated the second half but only Clark could get the goal.

Saturday 23rd November
Live On Sky Sports
Aston Villa 1-0 West Bromwich Albion
Dos Santos (90+5)
Baines
Venue: Villa Park
Attendance: 42,850(Full house)
A packed stadium watched a highly polished counter attacking Villa side squander chance after chance. MoM Leighton Baines provided an amazing through ball for the running Agbonlahor to latch on to. Giovanni Dos Santos was then played in and he rounded 2 defenders and the Goalkeeper for the easiest of tap ins. Aston Villa picked up there second win of the month.

Aston Villa up to 14th! Sir Alex has said that his squad are getting more sturdy in defence now and he is expecting them to be in the top half by the turn of the year.
Nice job, James Tomkins! He never made it for England in my save, hopefully it's different on yours. Great win over Chelsea two months ago too, and delighted to see you're moving away from the relegation places.

Up the Villans! :)
A few better results there mate looking better there! Things could be on the up?

Kurt Zouma In The Awards

http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/515/ki2z.jpg/

Aston Villa central defender Kurt Zouma claimed 3rd place in the Young player of the month award. He has played blindingly well all month and Sir Alex Ferguson said that he will only get better and better.

Who is Kurt Zouma

Born in Lyon, Zouma has played for Saint-Étienne since 2009. On 2 April 2011, Zouma signed his first professional contract agreeing to a three-year deal. He was, subsequently, promoted to the senior team by manager Christophe Galtier ahead of the 2011–12 season. Zouma made his professional debut on 31 August 2011 in a Coupe de la Ligue match against Bordeaux. He played the entire match in a 3–1 win.
International career

Zouma is a France youth international having represented his nation at under-16 and under-17 level. He played with the under-17 team at the 2011 UEFA European Under-17 Football Championship and 2011 FIFA U-17 World Cup.
2013-06-20 11:22#114121 Glenn T : Nice job, James Tomkins! He never made it for England in my save, hopefully it's different on yours. Great win over Chelsea two months ago too, and delighted to see you're moving away from the relegation places.

Up the Villans! :)
