The new Valencia boss heaped praise on his new squad by saying they are a hard working bunch and they deserve better results.
“I have such a great squad. They have been unlucky at the start of the season and deserved better. I feel we will finish in the top 4 with our form at the moment. I am lucky to be managing such a big and great club”.
“I am very happy here and I want to stay here for a long time and make sure I take the club to the top”.
Manager Pep Guardiola then praised striker Roberto Soldado for his consistency in front of goal.
“Roberto is a top striker. He has been amazing this season and I hope we can sort out a long term deal with him so he can stay here for a long time”.
“He will be key for this team for many years so I hope he stays fit and keeps scoring goals”.

Goo on pep work your magic! You'll do we'll at Valencia! And just a quick tip if you find a good regen with good potential..I recommend only signing him if he has +12 work rate!:) good luck!

Soldado- ‘We Can Triumph’
The striker was made captain when manager Pep Guardiola arrived and he is taken to the role well and notched four goals.
“We are a really good team” said Soldado. “If we work together then we can triumph. We are in the top 3 teams in the country we are better than Athletico Madrid but if we work together we can break into the top 2 and one day win the title”.
“We are improving and under Pep I hope the team can make the top 4 and qualify for next seasons Champions League”.
Also Soldado spoke of how delighted he is with his recent from and he hopes he can continue this for a long time.
“I am enjoying my football a lot and scoring goals is a big part of my game. To know I am helping the team with my goals is a great feeling for me and I hope to try and score 30 goals this season”.
“Pep has really improved me in the last few weeks and he has told me where I should be and how I should approach things, he is also a great life coach as well”.
With Valencia slowly climbing up the table anything is possible for Guardiola’s men.
