Want To Play Passing Game

Does anyone know what formations and roles to give players and tactics helps them do a passing and move game?

A sort of tika taka style ???

Okay then well what you want to play is a 4-3-2-1.

This consists of 4 defenders 3 CM's and 2 wingers and of course 1 striker.

The 2 full backs should be WB so they get forward to join the attack. I think support would be the best option for them.

For your CM'S you should have a BWM(D) a DLP(S) and a AP(A). This is so it is balanced.

For the wingers they should be IF's so they come inside to collect the ball.

The striker I would have as an AF.

If you look at Barcelona then they have Alba and Alves at WB then in midfield Iniesta and Xavi then either Busquets, Song or Fabregas so they change the roles up. Then the IF's would be Villa and Pedro then the AF Messi.
