Some good signings for you! Nice work getting Watt I love him in my Lyon story and you seem to have a team strong enough to finish mid table at least.
Good update :) Jagielka for 10.25 million is a steal!
k1ups - Thanks I thought so :)

Rab - Yeah I agree it is a steal

Tallak - Yeah I think more will be shocked

Villa hold Station After A Up And Down Month

After a very hectic month for Aston Villa, they had some good results and some bad results. Sir Alex said that they need the 4 players that are about to join Villa. Benteke, Agbonlahor and Bowery played very well this month. Pundits like Alan Shearer and Alan Hanson have said that Villa should stay up but Ferguson doesn't talk to the BBC so he had a interview on Sky Sports News instead.

In the interview he said that the youngsters like Gardner, Bowery, Grealish and Clark are all impressing but after changing back to a 4-4-2 against West Ham and a short passing game there performance was amazing.
Shaun Maloney was the most improved player this month and even Aiden Mcgeady did well this month!

Saturday 1st December 2012
Aston Villa 2-0 Everton
Maloney (26)
Agbonlahor (45+1)
Maloney
Villa were utterly special this match. They dominated from start to finish and actually scored there chances.

Saturday 8th December 2012
West Brom 2-0 Aston Villa
Sir Alex said there was absolutely no positives in this match at all. He was asked if he would make changes for the newcastle game and his response was 'too fucking right' then walked off.

Sunday 16th December 2012
Aston Villa 2-2 Newcastle
Benteke (25)
Ayew (40)
Ayew
Ayew is starting to look the real deal now and Sir Alex said 70 minutes of the game was amazing then his Villa team fell asleep and allowed Newcastle back in it

Sunday 23rd December 2012
Manchester City 3-1 Aston Villa
Bowery (90+2)
Jordan Bowery is coming of age early. that was Sir Alex Ferguson's opinion of the youngster after losing to Man City but Villa had more of the possession and chances.

Wednesday 26th December 2012
Aston Villa 0-1 Stoke City

Saturday 29th December 2012
Aston Villa 3-1 West Ham United
Ayew (22)
Agbonlahor (48)
Benteke (60)
Maloney
Andre Ayew scored what will be a goal of the season contender. He picked the ball up on the edge of his own box from a West Ham corner. He ran and skinned what seemed the whole of the West Ham team, he then checked and then had to take it around some of the players again before unleashing a stunning shot that hit the top corner and the keeper stood no chance.

A good month for Villa in reality. A change in the way Villa pass the ball was inspirational by Sir Alex and infact they slaughtered West Ham.

League Table

Aston Villa hold firm in the Premier League, but with Jagielka, Watt, McCarthy and Tasci should help move Aston Villa up the table.
Only 11 points behind chelsea and just past the 1st half of the season. I think that in the end you might be fighting for 8th place. But who knows :)
Looking forward to your progress during the rest of the season, and when looking at the signings you did, some nice players have come into the team
Some interesting signings in Maloney and Ayew but they seem to be doing wonders!

I think I could fight for 8-10th too but this is a transition year for Fergies boys, we were told to avoid relegation and we will do that, Jagielka will add something big to the team I think

Thanks for the comment and yeah they are doing well, but its the younger lads that seem to be making the difference, Maloney is just settling in properly now but Ayew is something else atm he is awesome

The second signing is from Celtic and is for £5.75 which Sir Alex thinks is a steal.

Tony Watt is joining from Celtic on a 4 year and Sir Alex was particulary pleased with this signing as he thinks its a steal. 'Just look at what he can do' said a chuffed Sir Alex. 'He can take opponents apart by himself, he has bags of pace and as we have all seen he can definately finish.' Celtic did not want him to leave but when Aston Villa showed there interest he requested a transfer immediately.

Tony Watt got him on loan at PSV I'd like to see how he performs
Some good results there. What is Bowery's potential ability, he looks really good! :D

Villa Splash £21,000,000 on Felipe

It seems as like Sir Alex is trying to buy his way out of trouble as Aston Villa have bought Athletico Madrid Left Back Felipe for £21, matching his minimum fee release clause. Ferguson who already has Aaron Cresswell and Luke Shaw for left back seems to have option for a more experianced player in Felipe pictured below.

Who is Felipe

Filipe Luís Kasmirski, known as Filipe Luís (born 9 August 1985 in Jaraguá do Sul, Santa Catarina), is a Brazilian professional footballer who plays for Atlético Madrid in La Liga.
A player of tireless approach, he can play as either a left defender or midfielder, and played most of his professional career in Spain, most notably for Deportivo de La Coruña, which he represented four seasons, and Atlético Madrid.
Early years

Coming from Figueirense Futebol Clube, Filipe Luís had his first taste of football in Europe with AFC Ajax in 2004, spending one full season there. On 18 August 2005 he was signed by C.A. Rentistas in Uruguay, but was quickly acquired by Real Madrid on loan.
Filipe Luís would spent most of the season, however, with its B-team, in Segunda División.
Deportivo

In 2006 Filipe Luís was loaned again by Rentistas, this time to Deportivo de La Coruña, also in Spain, with a buy-out option of €2.2 million. He did not have many opportunities in his first season, but his loan was extended for a further year with the same buy-out clause; in 2007–08, after first-choice Joan Capdevila's departure to Villarreal CF, he went on to establish himself as first-choice left-back, being a key player for the team.

On 10 June 2008, Deportivo made effective the buy-out clause and Filipe Luís signed a five-year contract. During his first season as a Depor player, he was the only outfield player in La Liga to appear in all 38 games, scoring twice.

On 23 January 2010, immediately after netting the opener in a league game against Athletic Bilbao (eventual 3–1 home win), Filipe Luís sustained an horrific injury to his right fibula, after opposing goalkeeper Gorka Iraizoz landed on his leg; again, he had played all the matches and minutes during the season, and Deportivo stood fourth in the table. Amazingly, he returned to action after less than four months, appearing in the second half of the club's 1–0 home win against RCD Mallorca – and being involved in the play which led to Riki's goal; the Galicians finished 10th.

Atlético Madrid
On 23 July 2010 Filipe Luís signed for five years with Atlético Madrid for an undisclosed fee, reported to have reached €12[7] or 13.5 million. His official debut came on 26 September at home against Real Zaragoza, and he set up compatriot Diego Costa for the game's only goal, receiving Man of the match accolades.

In his first season, Filipe Luís constantly fought for first-choice status with youth graduate Antonio López. On 10 April 2011 he scored his first goal for Atlético, in a 3–0 home win against Real Sociedad.

Aston Villa
Felipe agreed a £21m move to English club Aston Villa and signed a 5 year deal.
International career
Through his father, Moisés Kasmirski, Filipe Luís was eligible to play for Poland. On 7 August 2009, however, he was called-up by Brazil for the first time, replacing injured Marcelo for a friendly against Estonia; he did not leave the bench in the 1–0 away success, on the 12th.
Filipe Luís made his debut for the Seleção in a 2010 FIFA World Cup qualifier against Venezuela on 15 October 2009.
Great update and good signing. Hopefully he will perform with such a big fee!
Great last few updates, The team is in transition so the first few seasons will be tough!
I will admit when I first saw the picture I thought you'd signed Falcao :P Still, epic signing, let's hope he lives up to expectations :)
