Nice updates Seni!
Awesome! Make sure you add "Akash Vidyasagar" as your friend in this story, because I'm at Selanger!
Good luck
I've decided me managing a ladies team is what made this story unique and fairly popular, therefore, I will continue to manage them

A gift from the club photographer
During the wedding, I received a gift from the club photographer, Stuart MacFarlane. Despite all the other lavish gifts I received, that was by far my favourite one. What was it? It was a picture, a picture symbolizing Arsenal Ladies and everything we stand for in one single picture.
In that picture, passion, dedication and teamwork is displayed. A picture I'm planning to frame up upon my wall. A picture that I can show both my children and grandchildren when I am old and say, I managed that team, I led them to glory.

There is no off season, work = win

Come on ladies, put more effort into it, quicker, quicker! The harder you work now the better the result at the end of the season! We saw that last season! We worked hard and we got our rewards.
Pre-season, a period of time that all players hate. After a few months break, it's now time to get back to work. Everyone has rested, including myself. From what I can see, some had done some personal training during the break, something all coaches would love to see, they're players putting in extra effort despite it being their break from work.
Ok ladies, we're going to try something new ahead of the new season in terms of tactics. We're going to try and overlap. A move commonly used when on the attack and the ball is on the wing. With this, our fullbacks and wingers play a huge role. For this to be successful you need smart thinking and speed. Here is an image of how to successfully do an overlap, that I found on the internet.

This is something that some of you may already do on the pitch, but we want to do this to confuse the opposition and use it to our full advantage. Rehanne will go through this with you, alongside with the other coaches, for now I would like to see Kelly and Yvone in my office please. Now if you don't mind so you can quickly go back to participating in training

Come in, come in! Right, now as you are the two captains of the squad there are a few things we quickly need to talk about.
Kelly: Sure boss, what would you like to talk about.
Firstly, as the new season is coming up and Kelly you are one of my coaches. I feel we need to lift the spirits in the camp in order for us to succeed fully. Therefore I will like both of you to organize a squad dinner for everyone to attend with entertainment, good food you know what to do!
Yvone: Sure we do, anything else boss?
Yes yes. We are holding a ladies soccer camp, to try and promote womens football in particular. Not that we will not promote mens football but the truth is, womens football is less popular. Hopefully a club of our stature can help promote womens football and who knows, if any good players are there, we could sign them up. We have already recruited some young lads into our u21 team, who weren't afraid of what people thought about them playing for a female team, which I respect. If you could use your twitter pages to help promote and advertise the upcoming soccer camp, that would be great. ALL players must be present or else they will be fined.
Kelly: After the training session we'll announce it to the squad, anything else you would like to tell us?
That is all, now try and get back to training as soon as possible, thank you ladies.
Mixed football is still something causing a bit of controversy. Thankfully, we have recruited about 15 lads but many people and clubs are against it. They feel that men playing in female teams will reduce the amount of female teams actually playing. Therefore FIFA released another rule. At all times at senior level, you are only allowed to have four men on the pitch, if in the women's league. Whether that rule is fair or not, I'm not too sure.
Cracking update Seni

Promoting womens soccer

The camp was a complete success. Not only did the girls from age 11-18 benefit from the camp, but the players and the club too. I will speak to the board about future soccer camps as this one was a great experience. When I was much younger, I used to go to many football camps and I always learnt something new, it was great to be able to teach these children some new things.
With Arsenal Football Club, the status of their football camps are "Play The Arsenal Way". What is this Arsenal way? Keeping ball possession, short passes till you find the key pass, most of the passes being on the floor. The Arsenal way has evolved over the past few years with the club letting go of key passers such as Cesc Fabregas and Samir Nasri, but it still my favourite style and way of playing football.
Today the players were in groups of four and helped other coaches, teach the girls a few things. As I looked around I could see different drills being done. From keep ball, to shooting, to crossing and even dribbling. The players themselves showed the younger girls a bit of what they can do.
Towards the end of the day, the girls attending the one day camp , were grouped according to their age and took part in a 7 vs 7 match. I was amazed at the turnout alone, yet the skills some displayed on the pitch. A few of our scouts were present and have come back to me with a list of players that impressed them, some will go into the clubs centre of excellence as they're still too young. However some will be given further trials and if successful, will be part of the u21 squad:
Molly Batrip, 17
Emily Auld, 18
More players were scouted and have been given trials in our centre of excellence, which is a brilliant setup for young girls. The Centre of Excellence is now in its 16th year and many players who have passed through the Centre have represented the Arsenal Ladies first team as well as gaining international honours. It has produced players such as:

Well, this was a brilliant way to round up a very impressive pre-season! Our only public game was vs Watford Ladies which we lost 2-1. The rest were behind the doors vs mens teams and we won all of them!
Nice preseason Seni, beating all the men's teams. And I like the overlapping tactic, keep it up.
