Amazing 4-3-1-2 narrow // FM 2020 TACTIC

This is a counter and a high tempo 4312 tactic for Football Manager 2020.

You will dominate the midfield and the middle of the field, but I would still say the most important part of the team is the full-backs. They will cross the ball into the penalty area where you have a lot of players waiting for the ball because of the narrow formation.

One player I really think you should take a look at is Odsonne Edouard. He scored 40 goals in one season and was a really important player for me... I also bought players like Almada, Jetro Willems, and Nathaniel Clyne on a free transfer.

TYPE OF PLAYERS

As I said before, the most important parts of the team are the full-backs and the strikers. The strikers need good finishing and decent strength. I would say that Odsonne Edouard is almost the perfect striker for this tactic.
The full-backs need decent crossing, pace and dribbling. I found Jetro Willems very successful.
