Extra Arsenal Youth Players + Small Ratings Updates for some youth players.

Some of these plays may have left and not been signed as schoolboys, according to the links below they are with Arsenal, but might be wrong
I'm not going to be updating this though, if there are things wrong

How to add more Arsenal Youth Players on FM22

Move the downloaded .fmf file to:
\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2022\editor data\
Create folder "editor data" if it doesn't exist already.

Open Football Manager 2022 and start a new career, In the top right of the screen, under "Database", make sure this file is selected.
