In order for the tactic to play very well, the most important attributes for in FM21 are Pace, Agility, Balance, Acceleration, Dribbling and Vision (only Pace, Agility, Balance and Acceleration matter for the Center Backs so don't worry about Dribbling and Vision) When you're in a top division league maybe make the requirements for those around 13, 14 or 15. If you're in a Lower League like Sky Bet League 1 or the French National league lower the requirements.
