Catalan Nationality in FM22

I have created this update to make it so all players from Catalonia will now have Catalan as their second nationality.
Catalonian regens will now be produced from this region.



This will give you the option to sign Catalonian players when playing as a team such as Barcelona for example.

Included:

Catalonia
Northern Catalonia (Southern France)


Catalonia has overwritten Ireland (-1922) so if you have another file that conflicts with that you will need to turn it off.
