We continue on from the previous part for this tutorial. This part may seem trivial but it is very important. If you do this part right, you will know exactly what you need to do and the individual steps to take in to complete the tasks you set yourself. This tutorial will be focusing on Setting Objectives, over short term (1 season), medium term (2 - 5 seasons) and long term (6+ seasons), and the priority of each objectives (critical, important, medium or low).
We will look through four key areas (club, performance, squad & financial) and set objectives in each. We will then look to combine the four sets of objectives to create a definitive list for us to use. With the priority of each objective set, we can then decide which aspects are more than others and act upon this decision.
