Club Objectives
Short Term
Improve Attendances: A club is nothing without its fans and we need fans to survive. If we can find a way to improve our attendances, the income the club generates will increase drastically. This can be done by means of good league form and, especially, cup runs. (Priority Status: Medium)
Medium Term
Become A Professional Club: It is at it sounds. It is important for us to become a professional football club in order to further our progression up the football chain. Reaching the Football League (Tier 4 & above) would secure a position where we can achieve professional status, although it may become possible without being in the Football League. Becoming a professional club would allow us to secure professional contracts for players and staff, enhance our reputation and allow us to properly compete in the transfer market. This is a must. (Priority Status: Critical)
Improve Stadium & Facilities: In the previous part, we saw exactly how poor our stadium and facilities are. They need to be improved in order to enhance the club's reputation, improve our player development facilities and improve our recruitment facilities. You cannot win anything if you train in a shed (exaggeration). (Priority Status: Important)
Long Term
Become A Global Force: The ultimate objective of the football club is to become a globally-recognised force. This may take quite a long time to achieve, as we are starting at the bottom of the pile and we have a long way to climb. We want to become one of the world's biggest football clubs. This is our aim. (Priority Staus: Important)
