Second Division → Keuken Kampioen Divisie
Promotion from the Second Division to the Keuken Kampioen Divisie is now possible.

Eredivisie
The bottom 3 clubs are relegated directly to the Keuken Kampioen Divisie.
❌ No relegation play-offs.

Keuken Kampioen Divisie (KKD)
The top 3 clubs are promoted directly to the Eredivisie.

Lower divisions
Occasional promotion play-offs only, no relegation play-offs.
