Data Hub & Analysis
Arguably one of the most exciting new feature of this year’s game has been the introduction of the new Data Hub.
Once you have played 3 league games in a season, your analysts will generate graphs, charts and comparisons based on the data and statistics extrapolated from each game you play.
The easy-to-read graphs and charts will provide information on where you’re particularly strong or where you’re struggling and give brief text descriptions on the various aspects.
The Data Hub is particularly useful for seeing how your team marks up against the rest of the league, and how the individual players rank among the rest of the league’s playing staff.
You can then see where your team needs to improve and prioritise specific development directions, through training or recruitment, based on what you see.

You can analyse each match to see where a game was won or lost, including the ‘momentum’ of a game at different times.
With this also comes the ability to analyse your upcoming opponents – seeing the numbers behind their performances and you can then make preparations based on the findings.
Monthly analysis reports also come in handy for you to see how your team performed over a spell.
The possibilities that come with the Data Hub feature are endless and the sky is the limit with what Football Manager can end up doing with the data compiled and organised.
Hopefully future editions of the game continue to develop this feature and revolutionise how we play the game.
