The backroom advice messages you previously received in your inbox but hardly ever read have been replaced with a new Staff Meeting feature.

You can schedule these meetings to happen every week, two weeks, monthly, and so on. In this meeting your backroom staff will bring a variety of topics to your attention and advise on potential actions that could be taken.

The meetings conclude with very handy Summary pages, and you’ll also receive a message in your inbox detailing any Follow-up Actions that may have come from the meetings.

Don’t worry – if you want a more fluid game with less meetings, you can request for a summary of the meeting to be sent to your inbox, and you’ll receive backroom advice as you would have in previous FMs.
