Football Manager 2021 Tactics - Spen_Crow's 4-2-3-1 My Way

this tactic is more of counter/tiki taka tactic. The aim is to soak up the pressure while defending but break as quickly as possible when attacking but not in a direct way. So it still looks good on the eye but it is more efficient when attacking.

There are some personal instructions for each positions such as:

Left Back:
More Urgent Pressing
Stay Wider
Run Wide With Ball

Centre Back:
Less Urgent Pressing
Ease Off Tackles

I like this tactic, currently playing as Arsenal I'm 3rd in Prem at Xmas and doing well in Europa League. I made a couple of tweaks; I dropped the DLP back to make an asymmetrical midfield and turned the PF into an AF. Saka and Odegaard are on fire and Auba is 3rd in the golden boot table. This isn't the best tactic for away games against top sides, but if you find a good counter-attacking strategy for big games, this one will help you have a good season.

Can you show some of the results you have had with the tactic and elaborate a little about how the team is playing? Is it a counter tactic or is it a possesion tactic ect.

I have just started a save with AC Milan and i'm considering using the tactic.
