Ten Hag's Incredible QUADRUPLE Winning 4-2-3-1 FM23 Tactic!

Ten Hag's 4-2-3-1 is known around football for its fluent, patient approach. Today we take some time to replicate this game style inside of FM23, focusing on controlling possession in the game, creating chances and playing what is described as "Liquid Football".

I loved making this tactic, and the results where very impressive too. It seems to be such a balanced system the 4-2-3-1. You not only are solid at the back but you have more than enough firepower going forward to score loads of goals too.

We decided to test with current side Manchester United, Previous side Ajax and a random team being Harrogate.
