Spurs dont play a 4231- its 433.

They also dont utilise inverted wingers or an inside forward, the wide men are wingers who hug the line to create space in the channels.

The DL is also an a IWB, as both fullbacks are present in midfield during transitions.

He also uses a poacher or AF, not a complete forward.

This is nothing like Ange ball.
