Great updates Nick, as per usual. Tough loss at Madrid, but either way, you got an away goal, which can be crucial at these stages. You've done well to keep out an attack that has Bale (hehehe), Ronaldo and Lewa up front. Good luck, and keep dem updates cuoming
Craig Thanks, and hopefully, although Chelsea are right on my tail and currently have two games in hand!! And yeah, sure, when I get on FM next i'll PM you their team :)

Aaron \o/

Jeremy Thanks, and yeah, i'm really happy that i managed to come away with at least a goal, luckily for me Madrid were missing Bale that match, but he's back in the return leg! :(

The 16 year old central defender has said to have caught the eye of Director of Football, Franco Baldini, with Tottenham poised to make a swoop in the coming days.

Capital One Cup Final Preview: Tottenham V Chelsea

Sandro handed new contract

We are delighted to announce that Sandro Raniere has signed a new contract, committing his future to the Club until 2019.

The Brazillian International has been a key player in our season so far, making 32 appearances in our colours, scoring 4 goals and grabbing two assists.
Wow! I have missed a lot of great updates while I was gone! Some good results in the league unlucky about losing to Real but hopefully you will have a good second leg and still progress.
Good luck in the COC final against Chelsea :)
Chelsea? Meh. Good luck.

**Note: I've put UCL for the QPR game instead of BPL. I stupidly didn't save my updated template so i'm too lazy to change it!**
Quite the month! Congrats for the Capital One Cup win and 3-0 v Real Madrid :)
Pomoey: Thank you!!

Jeremy: You were saying? ;)

Paddy Ay, thank you! Didn't expect to beat Chelsea after they went ahead, shame my first trophy is the COC, though :( ... Suprised with that result against Real. I dominated them - they had just 4 shots all game, with 2 on target

Tottenham capture Sunderland youngster, Gregory

Spurs chairman Levy (pictured above) was seen arriving at Sunderland's training ground

Tottenham Hotspur have confirmed the signing of Sunderland defender, Tommy Gregory for an undisclosed fee.

The 17 year old is set to join Tottenham Hotspur at their Enfield training center at the beginning of the new season after ongoing talks with both Sunderland and the defender.

According to an inside source, who wishes to remain nameless, Sunderland were close to pulling the plug on the deal in hopes that they could persuade the young defender that his future lie away from White Hart Lane, and instead at the Stadium of Light.

After unsuccessful negotiations with the youngster, it is believed that Sunderland reluctantly accepted Tottenham’s offer, but not before confronting the club and claiming that they had turned their players head.

Tottenham Hotspur are also closing in on a deal for Real Betis youngster Samuel Bemúdez, who is also being looked at by a host of European clubs, including Spanish giants, Real Madrid and FC Barcelona, as well as Chelsea and Manchester City.
