A tough loss but good results against Atletico and Swansea especially
It seems that you gave Morata a chance against Celtic, and it paid off. Chelsea are having a great start, and the blending of the team is at its best.
Great win against Utd there and a strong month! Keeping the pressure on Chelsea is a positive. Surprised Atletico Madrid are struggling in that group!

André rages at Tottenham injury woes.

Paulinho (above) recently suffered a broken toe while with Brazil

Tottenham head coach, André Villas-Boas has blasted international friendlies, labelling them “pointless and irresponsible.” The remark comes days after combative midfielder, Paulinho suffered a broken toe while with international side, Brazil.

They [friendlies] do not help us when it comes to injuries. This year we have suffered several problems because of them. We have lost both Younes [Kaboul] and Eric [Dier] because of international matches that were not important, which has left me light in defence.

I have also just lost Paulinho, who we can confirm has suffered a broken toe. On top of that, I have been told that Ricardo [Rodriquez] has suffered a broken lower leg during the final minutes of the Chelsea game and he could now miss the rest of the season.

Remy (left) & Nasri (right) have also suffered from injuries during International duty

It’s completely irresponsible by them [International manangers]. These games are just pointless friendlies. I have had several players that could do with a rest, but no, despite my best wishes, managers still go ahead and play my players, causing problems to our domestic season. But as long as they get their result, it will be fine.

André’s words come just weeks after several other high profile Premier League clubs were also left with injury worries. Manchester City lost playmaker Samir Nasri after he suffered a broken foot, while Newcastle United’s Loïc Rémy was recently diagnosed with Patellar tendonitis.

Despite the ongoing injury crisis, Villas-Boas side currently sit second in the table, 5 points off leaders, Chelsea.
I agree, I've had a player injured twice in the first two international friendlies of the season.
Caught up to this at last, doing great with Tottenham mate :) and I absolutely love the way you set this story out as well :)
A rubbish result against QPR haha but a good month otherwise and keeping the pressure on Citeh well! Good win against Fulham though
Crouch haunted Spurs .-. :/. Still on top in the CL and level on points with Man Shitty. YOU'D BE TOP IF YOU HADN'T LOST TO QPR!
Oh dear QPR. Still your level on points with City and Chelsea and your 5 points clear of everyone else in the Champions League. lol Arsenal are behind Stoke :)
Krups: Cheers. The QPR result was frustrating as I was controlling the match. Honestly thought i'd go on to lose the Fulham match, with 65 minutes gone I was in complete control. Que Sandro two footed challenge, meaning he was sent off! I managed to hold on for a bit, but Fulham countered and I had just Dawson and Rose back, with Rose fouling Ruiz on the edge of the area. That lead to Rose's second yellow of the game, and Ruiz subsequently went on to score the FK :'(

Jeremy: Haha, yep. 2 Meter Peter :( . I know, gah, so frustrating when you lose to such a bad team >:(

Jozef: Arsenal are doing horrible in my save atm, they're sat in 11th place I think, with talks of Wenger being sacked :o
Great wins against Atletico Madrid and Manchester City!
