Racing Sign Attacking Duo

Today, Racing manager, Raul Gonzalez, announced the signing of Francisco Yeste, and Ivan Bolado. With the lack of depth up front, Raul decided to sign up Yeste and Bolado, as they have valuable experience in higher leagues. Yeste, played for Athletic Bilbao for a whopping 13 years, before moving on to Al-Wasl, Olympiakos and U.A.E. club Baniyas, under 3 seasons. The former Bilbao player was constantly linked to sides such as C.D. Tenerife, U.D. Las Palmas and a number of Scandinavian clubs, but decided to sign for Gonzalez' Racing side, as Yeste revealed that Raul's plans 'were ambitious'. If the Real Madrid legend has the pull to bring a legendary Bilbao player, he must have a 'marquee signing' under his sleeve, which would bring much delight to Racing fans.
The 33 year-old attacking midfielder spoke a few words after his successful medical at Racing and stated,"To play under Raul will be interesting, and I just come off of some really bad seasons, where Raul promised me that I would be a major part of the 're-birth' of Racing." The new Racing player signed some autographs for some of the young fans waiting for the Basque player. The new Racing attacking midfielder will be earning £1.8k p/w during his 1 year contract handed by Raul.

The other signing was Ivan Bolado, who recently changed his nationality to Equatorial Guinea, and started his career at Racing in 2005, before moving on in 2010 to Liga Adelante side Cartagena. The striker, who had been cleared of injury (injury from July 2012 to early 2013) was offered various contracts from Liga Adelante sides like Alcoyano, Alcorcon, Numancia amongst others, but yet again, the pull of the legendary Raul, brought Bolado back home to Racing.
After the unveiling of the player, Raul told the press,"Ivan (Bolado) will be perhaps the main striker this season for us, and perhaps the next. We hope that he can put behind his past injuries and put back the Racing shirt and show us what his potential and true abilities are." The striker, who has yet to prove his goal scoring prowess he showed during his youth career. The new Racing striker will be earning £1k p/w during his 1 year contract handed by Raul.
