Another impressive month man, hopefully you can keep this up and get into the automatic promotion spots soon!
Euan Smith seems to have been an excellent loan signing, considering he is only young :D

Performing very well mate, it's also a little tight at the top despite Bristol's nine point gap! Let's see if they can hold their nerve through the remainder of the season! :P

Fan Day A Success

Luton Town Official Website:
We would like to thank everybody who attended our fan day match against Wycombe Wanderers on the 3rd of October. An incredible total of 8,015 people showed up to cheer on our team to an emphatic 3-0 victory at Kenilworth Road! The atmosphere was top-notch, and it inspired the players on to a fantastic performance.

A stunning volley from Euan Smith, followed by a free-kick from Jake Howells and a stoppage-time header from Callum Tapping ensured us the victory and a vital three points in what has been a terrific campaign so far. The players worked their socks off and the response from the fans was truly excellent. The atmosphere at Kenilworth Road is unmatched anywhere in England, and in the world too. We have the best fans in the world, no doubt about that!

For those of you newcomers who wish to attend more of our home games, our ticket price for adults is just £19, and kids (12 or under) only have to pay £10 to watch their local heroes play. We are also giving away ten free jerseys signed by the entire senior team! To be in with a chance of winning one of these special shirts, follow the link below and enter our quiz. Once again, thank you for your undying support. C'mon you Hatters!

A Great Start

Reporter: "Ryan, your side has made an extraordinary start to the season. What is your secret to success?"

Ryan Ferguson: "Well if it's a secret, surely I should keep it as one! To be honest, all our success this season has come from some very hard and diligent work on the training ground. Us staff have done well to create a good programme for the players to follow, and they have worked hard to improve their personal skills and their understanding of how we want to play. That is where the credit to our success lies; preparation and development. We must train how we play, and that's with one-hundred percent commitment, and we haven't failed yet in that regard."

Reporter: "Who is the biggest inspiration for the players on the training ground and in the dressing room?"

Ryan Ferguson: "That's a hard choice for me to make. Everybody at this club has been inspirational in their performances on the pitch on Saturday, and behind the scenes during the week. If I were to pick one man who has poured his heart in to the club and has lead the players forward every single week, it has to be the captain, Ronnie Henry. He has so much experience in the game, and he has shared his footballing wisdom with his fellow team mates. He wears the captain's armband for a reason every week, and he has been a true leader for us.

Reporter: "Okay Ryan, I have just one more question. In just five words, how can you describe your team's start to the season?"

Ryan Ferguson: "It was a great start!"

Season Two: November Update

Nobody had expected us to be gunning for a promotion place, but after fourteen games we found ourselves in fourth position. We wanted to build on our fantastic start to the season and get some points before what will surely be a busy Christmas period. Let's see how November treated us:

Results

We started November with a surprise win over League One side Shrewsbury in the FA Cup before Euan Smith inspired us to a win against Newport County in the league. The following two games were so bizarre I genuinely pinched myself to make sure I was not dreaming. We lost 2-0 to Exeter at home in the JPT, but after a stern team meeting, we absolutely battered them at their place in the league just three days later. We won 8-0 as Euan Smith scored four and created two in what was our best win under my reign! We went from strength-to-strength as we won two and drew the other remaining three games. I'm delighted with this month as we showed some top form and great character to bounce back from our defeat. What a month for goals!

Player Of The Month

Once again, it is Euan Smith who has been our best player over the course of this month. The Scottish striker has been in fantastic form, scoring seven goals over the course of November. He has been our spark going forward, hopefully he can continue his fine form!

Euan Smith's Season Stats
Appearances: 24
Goals: 14
Assists: 4
MotM Awards: 4

Yellow Cards: 1
Red Cards: 0

Shots On Target Ratio: 63%
Pass Completion Ratio: 79%
Fouls Committed: 12
Fouls Against: 57

Average Rating: 7.06

Sky Bet League 2

We have now played nineteen games, and we have climbed back up to third! We have reduced the gap between us and the league leaders, Bristol Rovers, to just five points. Mansfield our just two points ahead of us in second place, but we do have a game in hand over them. We have a two point cushion over fourth placed Rotherham, and a six point cushion inside the play-off spots, which is very re-assuring at this stage of the season. Hopefully we can build on this and stay where we are in the league, or even climb higher.

December Fixtures

We play just six games during December, all of them in the league. The game against Plymouth will be the real test but hopefully we can come out on top in that match. I would like to win twelve points next month, which is quite achievable for us, I believe. Hopefully we can perform well
