DORTMUND (8) SHEFFIELD UNITED (5) AJAX (4) LYON (1) PSG (1) MANCHESTER CITY (1) AUXERRE (1)
Voting closed at 1pm on 4/6/2014. Thank you to everyone who voted. I'm quite happy that Dortmund has won, and that Sheffield United remain in League 2 (on the save) without my services. Not that they'd have got them anyway :D
“Very happy, very happy. Celta can play some good football themselves but all in all we simply had far too much at our disposal to lose or draw. The win was on paper and on the field too, very happy."
”I think that it is not fair to stand here and talk about seven zero. Elche will be hurting, I think that when a team loses seven zero everything that needs to be said has been done on the pitch with football. I don't need to analyse this performance for you because the result says everything. I will not disrespect Elche by standing here and exploiting their vulnerabilities."
”I am sorry, I have somewhere to be and I won't discuss this match. I said this after we beat Elche seven zero, everything that needs saying was said on the pitch. I am sorry to all the Barcelona fans, very, very sorry. This result was my fault."
”This is a good way to come back from a hurtful defeat in the Champions League. We must focus on winning La Liga and I think that this win has really solidified our position at the top. It shows character from my players to bounce back with a victory like this after being torn apart earlier in the week."
”This is a nice, sensible win. The players followed my every instruction and of course it has paid off. We play some very fast attacking football but Mangala and Pique really kept things shut at the back. Impressive win."
”Today we are quite lucky, but the win seals in terms of realism the league title. They have huge mountain to climb if they want to win the league and with only a handful of games left, I cannot see it. The penalty is fortunate but Lionel does a good job in slotting it home. It was a two horse race, now, it is a hare and a tortoise. On this occasion the tortoise will have to perform a miracle to win."
”I can understand that the Barcelona fans who travelled to see us play Valencia today are disappointed. But what they must understand is that when your team is so good, and wins every week, losing hurt even more than it would if you were losing every week. We are not used to not winning, so while a draw is good, the fans will feel like it is a defeat and they a rightfully frustrated. I apologise to them for this but I actually feel as though we play well, Valencia just had the grit and determination to snatch a point."
**Jose Mourinho declined to speak with the press after being immediately asked about his teams discipline in the press-conference**
”It is a fantastic feeling to win another league title, it is a fantastic feeling to win it at Barcelona, where I really started my career as a coach with Sir Bobby. This was for him, I dedicate this achievement to Sir Bobby Robson, as if it wasn't for him I would not be here today and I would not be lifting La Liga at the Camp Nou. I want to congratulate the players, the fans, my staff, myself, everybody at the club needs congratulating, but most of all Sir Bobby. We all wish he was still here today but unfortunately cannot be, I am sure he is watching down on us with big smile...with big smile. *Jose cries and cuts the interview short*."
"Considering we have nothing to play for this is a fantastic result. To win a game in professional football a necessity is motivation. I have set the players of a target of reaching 99pts, which I am told is a La Liga record if we do it? I don't know, but either way I am proud as we must win our remaining games to reach 99pts, but having already won the league title I was impressed that my players motivated themselves to win. Deportivo are a very decent team."

Mourinho Says...
"We have major disappointment in going out of the UEFA Champions League, but to come back from that and win La Liga with 4 games remaining is fantastic for me. As I've said before this was for Sir Bobby Robson and I am proud that we can make him happy should he be looking down on us. I would like to take this opportunity to announce that I am leaving Barcelona at the end of the season, to further my ambition and win the Bundesliga. I have accepted an offer from Borussia Dortmund to take over for the start of next season and I am looking forward to that. I have three matches remaining as Barcelona coach and I will honour them like every other. I thank the fans for their continued support since my arrival and I want to make it clear that I am only leaving to fulfill personal ambition. I love FC Barcelona and one day I would like to return and perhaps go further and win the Champions League."
