Knobs, I don't understand that decision at all. Great updates but wow, I mean Puyol as manager? C'mon now, do the board actually know what they are doing?
EVERYONE: As always your feedback and kind words are gladly appreciated. Jose's next club will be the biggest so far in this story - and it will be in one of the league's that he hasn't won the title in yet. Hopefully he can tick off a Champions League victory at Barca in his 15 year plan. Stay tuned.
February 2015 Review
Post-Match Comments
“It is a good, solid win. It usually is, and anybody who says that we are not the best team in Spain is very stupid person. Watch todays performance, we were liquid, it was sensational. And at last, the referee gets things right for Barcelona. A bit of a strange day."
”I think that Leo Messi is the greatest footballer that the planet has ever seen. People start to moan when I say this, Maradona, Pele they say. No, no, Leo Messi has it all. If you put Maradona or Pele in todays tempo of football match and this level of competitivity, it would be like watching...I don't know...Jlloyd Samuel."
”It is only half-time, it is only half-time. Nobody can say that it is game over because it is not. Manchester City are incredible football team and to maintain this advantage we will have to be on top form. Of course, we are in a good place, but it is not over. In terms of the Puyol red card, again, I will speak with him - but he is standing in for an injured player, he is doing me a favour as he knows that he isn't quick enough to play at this level. For me, it is no problem, he is doing Barca a favour filling in at right-back."
”Sociedad are what in England they call a bogey team for us. We can't seem to figure out how to beat them. They have a fantastic system of playing against us and again they have got the point - still we have good position in the table and a draw does not concern me too much."
”Again we put fantastic performance from the training ground onto the pitch, everything was perfect. It tops off a nice month, no defeat, we play very well in each game and this result encapsulates what we are doing here. If I hear one more negative comment about style of play from you [journalists/reporters] I will refuse to speak to the media from now on. We are miles ahead in the league, if you don't like it, don't try to interview me after a match because you are boring and jealous."

Mourinho Says...
"We have fantastic February. Everything is on track for the objectives, we hold fantastic position in the league table, if we lose it from here something bad will have to happen as we are very far clear of everybody else. I think that the Champions League is a strong foothold in the game, two zero against strong opposition going to play on their home pitch is tough but with two goals I would think that this game is almost over. If we score first, it will be done. If they score first, it will be very bad. We need to put in a top performance in Manchester, that is for sure...that is for sure."
"they moan, oh maradona, pele." They are Samuel in comparison to Messi I agree
Keep up the brilliant work, now that we're assured there's some FM in this story

#16: Planning A Future | 24 February 2015
I should start thinking about my 15 year plan. Whilst I am still Barcelona coach, Puyol's revelation has made me think about what I can achieve in the next couple of years, what I can tick off the plan.
In terms of the UEFA Champions League, I can add another one this season - we hold a 2-0 lead over Manchester City from the first-leg and should realistically comfortably progress into the Quarter Finals.
The league, it is almost a certain medal to be added to my cabinet - but La Liga wasn't in the plan as I've won it before with Real Madrid. So my next move...it needs to be exciting, financially fruitful, and a fresh challenge. My time in France was overpowered by my personal life earlier this season, but I am not yet willing to return in a bid to win Ligue 1. However, should the offer become the right one - I'm prepared to talk to anyone. If the French came calling - I would have to say that PSG is the only job that I would think about accepting.
Another opportunity is Germany and its evergrowing Bundesliga. Borussia Dortmund and Bayern Munich are dominating at this moment in time, and to tick both a Champions League and domestic league double off the plan would seem most realistic in Germany. The two clubs I mentioned are likely to be the only offers considerable.
Then of course there is the Dutch Eridivisie - almost no chance at all of winning the UEFA Champions League, but to win the Dutch top league is something still high on my agenda. Ajax have had some great managers, but only managed 8th last season and have been in the same sort of form this year. They need a fresh coach with fresh ideas to rebuild that team but money would be required to do so. They are a club that interest me and it would certainly be an almighty challenge. PSV, Feyenoord and FC Twente also interest me if Holland is where I decide my next step best.
I need to win another two Champions League titles, and as England is indeed my favourite place to coach - Manchester United and Manchester City both interest me greatly, as returning European dominance to England is something I would love to do. Both Manchester clubs have great stature in the game and are ready on the field to win the UCL, however the right coach is needed and of course the likelihood is that I am that man.
Please, feel free to aid me as I am planning ahead in the knowing that my FCB contract will end at the end of the season and won't be renewed whatever happens this year.
Comment where you think I should go next below. Thank you.
