October
October was a very busy month in Jupiler League with 5 matches being played, we kicked off the month with two straight wins against Charlerio and Zulte Waregem repectively without conceding a goal or breaking a sweat. next up came fierce rival Genk and we managed a 1-1 draw which is a massive result. we finished the month with a 2-1 win and 2-2, these results mean weve stayed unbeaten for two months now. weve managed to start this season quite well and if things continue there is no reason why we cant go onto win the league
as the halfway point of the regular season approaches we currently currently sit on top of the ladder by 1 point ahead of Genk, one game in hand over third place. a very solid start to the season. the main reason for the great start is down to our strikers who have been in devastating form so far this campaign
Player of the month
Aleksander Mitrovic has claimed my Player of the month due to his ruthlessness in front of goal which has seen him score 5 goals in 5 matches in October.
Aleksander has been in devastating this campaign scoring 14 goals in just 17 appearances leaving him in second place in the race for the Golden Boot and with the talent that surrounds him in the Anderlecht squad there is no reason why he cant claim the Golden Boot and lead the club to yet another title
Looking good! Keep it up
Silvio Proto heads to Turkey
Silvio Proto has announced today that he will be joining Akhisar Belediyespor who currently play in the Turkish Premier League as of January 1 2016, the fee is believed to be no more than $1,000,000
after 10 years and 239 games for Anderlecht Silvio Proto has decided its the perfect time to leave the club he has been a vital part at for the past decade, with Jasper Cillessen taking his number 1 spot in goal at the start of the season it always looked as though Silvio would leave the club.
Silvio did have this to say as he made the announcement "Today is a sad day for me and my family as we leave Belgium, the place weve called home for 10 years now, this was not an easy decision to make but as my career starts to wind down me and my wife had to start looking for a new place to start a new chapter in our lifes outside of football and moving to Turkey will give me that chance once i decide to hang up my boots. lastly i want thanks Roger Vanden Stock for keeping this club ticking over and constantly improving the facilities which we work in day in day out, also a big thankyou to Fabio Cannavaro who has let me play as much as he could in the 2 and a half years his been here, no hard feelings for selling me. and last but not least to my teammates for all the goodtimes and countless trophies weve managed to win these last 10 years its been great and ill never forget you.
i want to wish Anderlecht all the best for the future, til next time, catchyas"

The worst part about being successful is seeing club legends forced to move on. Time for you to build some new ones!
Anderlecht crash out of Europe
with one match still remaining in the Champions League groupstage Anderlecht have been eliminated, despite being expected to challenge PSV for that second spot behind Bayern Munich they never really got going and have lost 4 of 5 matches so far.
Matchday 6 sees Anderlecht face Red Bull Salzburg for a place in the Europa League, a draw will be enough to see Anderlecht through which will end Salzburg's season

heres how the Champions League has gone so far for Anderlecht, 3 losses on the trot spelled the end for a campaign that promised so much but delivered very little,
Disappointing campaign thus far in Europe. Hopefully you can at least get a draw against Salzburg in the final game to ensure you make the Europa League
November
November was a decent month which we recorded 3 wins and a loss. we started the month with an embarrassing defeat against Oostende who are battling relegation, and to be honest they just wanted it more than us on the day, we did finish the month off with a bang though with 3 consecutive wins whilst also scoring 9 goals in the meantime.
David Villa also managed to score a brace in the match against Mons which was his first goal in over 6 hours of football

after a positive month of results we sit first, 5 points clear at the top but we have played one more match than Club Brugge who can cut the gap to 2 points with a win in their upcoming fixture.
As we go past the halfway point of the season it looks as though Westerlo and Mouscron will be scrapping it out in a relegation battle whilst its business as usual for the big boys in Belgium
