That is a storming League Cup campaign! Congratulations on another trophy!
The Rise of a Nation - Finnish Funk
A manager with non existant footballing experience takes over a club in Finland. Can they make it in Europe and take the footballing nation as a whole to a new level?
Justice : Thank you very much! We've been waiting for this one for quite a while, the last trophy to win in Finland after successes in the league and cup. And what a start to the season! Surely we'll be taking the title with performances like this!

The Premier League begins!
After a largely successful League Cup campaign JJK go into the 2020 season with every chance of recapturing the title. It will once again be down to consistency ant those all important matches against rivals HJK.
"There's nothing we want more than to once again be crowned champions by the end of the season. It's great to finally get under way and see where we stand compared to HJK." - Mr. Shroom

"We were extremely unlycky in our defeats against RoPS and, sadly, HJK. As you can see from the statistics it was all down to poor finishing on these two occasions. On the plus side we have easily qualified from the Finnish Cup 7th round into the quarter finals." - Mr. Shroom
Francis Chibuike appers to be back in good form after beign pretty much useless last season. Chibuike has already scored seven goals this season while also contibuting two assists.
Aleksis Lehtonen on the other hand has been struggling and has expressed his desire to play for a larger club. JJK have no intention of selling their star player but time will tell just how long they can hang on.

The Form is strong with this one
JJK had a decent start to the season and continue gaining good form. How did they manage the next five fixtures that included an interesting Finnish Cup QF draw against Jaro?

"We are delighted with the current form. The players quickly got past the disappointment of loosing to HJK!" - Mr. Shroom
Aleksis Lehtonen has finally gotten hist positive spirits back and has been bagging goals in like it's childs play. In the last five games mentioned above Lehtonen managed to score 7 goals, including two hattricks!
The bad news this time come from JJKs physio. First choice left defender Aleksi Lappalainen has gotten himself injured for 4 to 5 months. Lappalainen has been in impressive form this season scoring 2 goals and contributing 8 assists on 18 appearances with an average rating of 7.58.
"Losing Aleksi is a real blow to our consistent performing. Benno Hanslian is now our only real left defender so we will just havo to carefully manage his fitness and hope that he won't get injured. Last season this actually happened that Benno and Aleksi got injured at the same time ant that screwd us over big time. Fingers crossed!" - Mr. Shroom
Really nice results. You still have chance to win it. Keep it up and good luck in next matches!
MisterLister : Results have truly been great. I have a sneaky feeling that it will all be decided in the two remaining matches against HJK. Sadly we lost the first one against them, could have been top of the table by now!
By the looks of things, should have looked here a while a go. The Graphics are very nice: simple; clear; effective. Well done! I will start to follow this now

Tallery : Thanks mate! Glad you enjoy the graphics as I just decided to put some effort into them. As a graphical designer figured I should
Anyways glad that you'll be following!

I love this new style of updating!
Lehtonen hat-trick of penalties
Good luck in the cup semi-final, and you are truly in the race for the league title this time around!

Emmanuel Dieseruvwe has been in top form over the last five games bagging in a total of six goals. The former Sheffiled strikes has expressed his delight to the reporters stating that "It's almost easy playing in this team with everyone contributing 100%".
With Left defender Lappalainen still out for 2-3 months the biggest struggle over that past games has been balancing Benno Hansian's fitness. On loan central midfielder Claudio Díaz was also injured and will be out for 2-3 weeks.
The next game is one of the biggest this season as JJK travel to Helsinki and lock horns with the reigning champions HJK. The outcome could easily decide how the title race pans out with the possibility of JJK taking a seven point lead over HJK.

JJK drop form
The match of the season against HJK saw JJK finally lose. JJK have been impotent in the last five games scoring ounly one goal in three of the matches.
"It's unfortunate that our goalscoring has not been as good as before. Hopefully we can recapture the good form we were in a while ago." - Mr. Shroom
