We are through to the FA Cup Final after beating Southampton 1-0, thanks to a Mario Balotelli strike.
Chelsea will face Liverpool in the FA Cup Final after beating Manchester United in their semi-final match in extra time.
The Dortmund team have arrived in Merseyside for the Champions' League semi-final first leg. Mario Balotelli is suspended for picking up too much yellow cards.
Liverpool outclass Dortmund

It was a win for Liverpool at Anfield as Dortmund suffered defeat in the first leg of the Champions' League semi-final.

A Suarez brace was cancelled out as Dortmund came from 2-0 down to equalize 2-2, but a further brace by Steven Gerrard handed the Reds the win and this will ensure that the Liverpool boys go into the second leg in Germany with the utmost confidence.

Only a few months ago, Reds manager Glenn Tham said, "the fans are all happy that we have got into the first knockout round, but where I really want to go is the Final. My minimum expectation for the lads is that we reach the final. I know this is a tough competition but if you don't set minimum expectations you are going to lose out."

Tham's men are already in the FA Cup Final, where they will face Chelsea, and also look on course to clinch their first Premier League and their 19th title.
And of course, when we only needed one point, ONE point, to win the league, Newcastle beat us 1-0.
John Flanagan, on loan at West Ham, has set the record for the worst discipline after receiving two red cards and fourteen yellow cards this season.
Manchester City have beaten Milan and are through to the Champions' League Final.

Liverpool Reserves have won the Reserves League!
The second leg against Dortmund was a 1-1 draw and Liverpool progress to the final, winning 5-3 on aggregate. Manchester City will be the last barrier standing in the way between the Reds' SIXTH Champions' Cup and Liverpool. Last season Manchester City also reached the final, only to be thwarted by Barcelona.

We were rather lucky as Dortmund could have easily beaten us as they dominated the entire match, shooting shot after shot while we had few strikes at goal. Thankfully their poor finishing helped me a lot.

The Champions' League Final will take place in Estadio da Luz, home to Portuguese club S.L. Benfica.
April
Mario Balotelli has scooped the April Player of the Month award. Liverpool's Felipe Anderson came in 2nd for April Young Player of the Month with Chelsea's Belgian striker Romelu Lukaku winning. John Flanagan, at West Ham on loan from Liverpool, was 3rd for the Young Player of the Month behind Felipe Anderson.

Mario Balotelli's goal against Wolves in April 12th is awarded the April Goal of the Month award.

A good month with the only blemish being that stupid loss to Newcastle.
Remember how I said earlier in the season that Caglar Dogan has rejected a call-up to the Turkey youth squad and instead opted to go for Germany? Well it looks like he has changed his mind and is now in the Turkey U19 squad and currently has 1 U19 cap for Turkey.
BREAKING: LIVERPOOL HAVE WON THE LEAGUE
Liverpool have won the Premier League, their very first one, and their first domestic title since 1990 - after drawing 0-0 against Arsenal. The Reds won the title with two games in hand and will certainly be very proud of their achievements. However the Reds are still in for more cups with them being in BOTH the Finals of the FA Cup and the Champions' League. A possible treble is on the way - watch this space!

BREAKING: LIVERPOOL WIN THE FA CUP AS BALOTELLI DRIVES REDS FORWARD

Liverpool has won the FA Cup after a thrilling 4-3 win against Chelsea.

The match was one of ill discipline with 4 players being booked and 2 players getting the red card shown to them.

Lucas Leiva got an early shower as Howard Webb sent the Brazilian defensive midfielder off, but the Reds showed composure as Mario Balotelli stepped in to put Liverpool in front with a close-ranged finish, but unmarked Ramires then cancelled out Balotelli's opening. However the young Italian was not to be stopped as he struck a second goal into the back of the net - and Jordan Henderson added to the tally just a few minutes after Ghanaian midfielder Michael Essien was sent off with a second yellow card. With Chelsea staring at defeat, the Blues continued to lose their discipline with Frank Lampard and Romelu Lukaku being handed yellows - and Liverpool were unable to play the way they wanted because of the numerous fouls given due to the Chelsea players' pushing and shoving.

Didier Drogba scored on the 85th minute for Chelsea and made it 3-2, but Balotelli's strike at goal was enough to unnerve Petr Cech as the Czech keeper successfully saved the ball but lost his grip on it, resulting in an own goal. The last goal of the day came from Chelsea as vice-captain Frank Lampard saw his shot deflected by Pepe Reina, but Lukaku was around to fire home the deflected ball.

With this cup, Liverpool have won the Double and if they are as successful against Manchester City in the Champions' League Final, played two weeks later, they will have a chance of winning a historic Treble. The last Treble won by Liverpool was in 2001, with the manager being Frenchman Gerard Houllier.
West Ham, Fulham, and Cardiff City have been confirmed to be relegated from the Premier League with a game in hand and all three will play in the npower Championship next season.
These are the LFC players selected for their country's preliminary 30-man squad for the World Cup 2014.
Tottenham Hotspur have won the Europa League.
