Another fantastic month for Liverpool FC which was most definitely topped off with the confident performance against Real Madrid. We showed the world that, as a team, we are not pushovers and not going to let any team just walk all over us. The league is still progressing well with the team still being unbeaten and the club still breaking records for our unbeaten run. Is there a chance we could achieve what Arsenal did and become the next invincibles? Absolutely! We are into the next round of the FA Cup as well which is nice and it is a competition I am now expecting my team to win and I am expecting us to win by playing younger players who need the match experience, for example, Pacheco who dominated the match against Wolverhampton Wanderers. Bring on the month of April; it promises to be a good one.

We were unlucky but I cannot fault the team's performances across the two legs of the cup tie. Thank you for reading Madrista and hopefully I will be able to let you know about league success (if any comes) in the not too distant future.

Results


That has got to be one of the busiest and most hectic months of my tenure with Liverpool FC to date. Oh my days. It could not have started better with us showing the potentially due to be crowned champions of Serie A that Europe is Liverpool’s competition. Manchester United, Chelsea and Tottenham Hostpur were shown how to play football whereas Arsenal seemed to put up more of a fight with them seeking to finish in the Champions League spot.

I am not going to criticise my team or the club for their performances against FC Barcelona. We have come such a long way in my time in charge and for them to not beat us more comfortably is an achievement. Youngsters played in both games and they performed admirably and Steven Gerrard proved once again that he can still play against the big teams and out shine the majority of the world’s best players. Yes the Champions League journey is over for this season but I am confident that with some improvements (soon be shared with you) we can put up more of a fight next season and go that one step further.

This is a fantastic story :)

I reckon ou should sell Suarez and bring in (if you get the money) an expereinced striker like David Villa on a 2 year deal
