Milan Sign Three

AC Milan have confirmed the signings of three more young players from overseas. These three players are relatively unknown in the Italian capital, however the Milan backroom staff are convinced that these are yet more players to add to Milan’s already very high-quality academy.

The least expensive one is Pedro Torres, a young Portuguese winger from Freamunde in the Portuguese Segunda Liga. The 16-year-old is unknown even in his home country, but has been unearthed by Milan’s scouts. He was only taken into Freamunde’s academy about a month ago with a lot of other young players, but has caught the eye, and been chosen for his big move. The fee he signed for is presumed to be around £160k.

The most recent, and most unknown of the three signings made by Milan is Finn Lange, from FC Midtjylland in Denmark, who is a striker, but can also play as a winger if he needs to. Like Torres, he was also taken in just this season, but has already developed enough to catch the eye of Sebastiano Rossi, one of Milan’s extensive scouts, who watched Lange play several times for Midtjylland’s youth team. It is well-known that Lange’s best quality is his finishing, with it rumoured to be on a par with Manchester City’s Carlos Tevez. Lange is yet to play for the senior team at Midtjylland, but has already managed to command a massive £1m price tag, which is a big amount for someone unknown to most of the world, and who is only 17.

The most expensive transfer of the trio is Dennis Thijssen, from Belgium. He’s a product of Charleroi’s youth academy, and came through last year. This season, however, has been a big one for the attacking midfielder, as he has made 5 league appearances for his club. He’s yet to play at any level for Belgium, although is eligible to play for the Netherlands as well. His creative skills are regarded as the 16-year-old’s best quality, as well as his set pieces. The fee has been undisclosed for the youngster, but is believed to be about £2.5m, including add-ons.

The sum of the fees of the three youngsters is estimated at around the £3.6m mark, taking their spending on young players since Lothar Matthaus joined the club to around £22.56m, which is a huge amount to spend on players who may all fail at the San Siro. Whether they do fail or not all depends on the coaching provided by Matthaus and his staff.
Nice Regens! :D
The Madridista:
Nice Regens!

Haha, maybe if I'd put screenshots in it would help you decide if they are :P
So much money, all well spent :P

End of Season League Table

Well, the season is over, and it was a great recovery after I joined. We won all but two of our games, and now qualified for the Champions League next season, after finishing second behind Juventus. Now we face a Europa League Final against Lille in Turin at Juventus' stadium.
