PM: Well I have a strict policy. This concerns the both of you and everyone else. If you don't like my policy and the way I manage the club, there is the fucking door. Now piss off the both of you as I've better things to do like watching porn!!!

JS: So a lot has been happening at QPR. What do you make of the Downing situation? I mean its incredible. Joined only in the summer, only made a handful of appearances and now demoted to the Under 18's.
PT: I don't understand it to be honest. I don't think Patrick is doing himself many favours and this could damage morale in the squad. Every manager has their policies and their own way of doing things but it's not just Downing. Hes had arguments with SWP, Barton, Anton and now Downing.
MT: Its like Patrick really enjoys these controversies with his players if you like. He should try focusing on managing the team rather than arguing with nearly every member of his squad. This could damage his reputation. Hopefully Patrick can get his act together and can get a result against Reading.

A busy but fantastic month that saw QPR rise to 2nd in the League with Man City quite ahead and making good progress. Should QPR keep this sort of form up we should be guaranteed a Champions League place. Lets hope December brings a good month then roll on the January transfer window!
Other News
The draw for the FA Cup 3rd round was made which saw QPR draw Bolton at home. Its worth noting that QPR have not lost to Bolton in the last 3 meetings.
