Haha oh Barton ;P
Good update, keep it coming!
Great update, I love the extra effort you put in to it all :)
Joey Barton is a legend for headbutting his manager! #bartonislegend :P

New signings arrive part 1

With the many departures of first team players, the squad looked depleted. McKeown assessed the squad and knew he would need a signing or two for each position.

Stewart Downing

In first was wide man, Downing for a small fee of just £2.7m as Liverpool suffered a big loss after paying £20m. He brings much experience to the side and hopefully will impress for his new side. He was said to be delighted at the move and get his career back on track.

Scott Sinclair

Former Chelsea man, Sinclair was next in through the door after a frustrating time at Manchester City, warming the bench whilst earning his cash. He was pleased with the move as the manager promised him playing time and has signed a 3 year contract in a £3.4m move from City.

Fabio da Silva

Fabio who had been on loan at QPR, made his move permanent as he was surplus to requirements at Old Trafford. Fabio was pleased with the move saying that he had no hope of a first team place at Man United and that QPR would be the best move for him.

Jordan Henderson

The QPR midfield looked rather bleak after the departures of Barton, Whelan, Delph etc and in came Henderson from Liverpool who was transfer listed by request after a lack of first team opportunities since arriving from Sunderland. He arrived for another small fee of £2.1m which will seem very good business.

Jermain Defoe

With QPR short of quality up front, Defoe arrived for a bargain fee of £500k in which it would be his 4th London club having previously played for Spurs, West Ham and also Charlton as a youth. Defoe has an excellent goalscoring record and his goals should help QPR dominate in the league.
Nice story, love the way its going. Winning the world cup was really cool, nd getting Europa qualification with QPR was just amazing!!!! Congrats bro!

New Signings Arrive Part 2

Allan McGregor

As Julio Cesar was our only keeper another keeper was a must and former Gers keeper arrived on a free from Beskitas which had been arranged in the January transfer window. He's a top keeper and is determined to show his qualities at the highest level.

Federico Macheda

Macheda who had been on loan at QPR the previous season rejoined the club on another loan deal. He had impressed the boss scoring many goals since Patrick took charge. In another loan spell, he will hope to impress again and regain his potential.

Wilfried Zaha

Zaha joined local rivals QPR from Palace with fans disappointed but prepared to give him a chance. Zaha can play on the wing or up front which will give the manager many options. He will hope he can make the big step up and perform well for his new boss.

Aly Cissokho

Another loan signing this time, Aly Cissokho from Valencia. He has plenty of experience in Europe having previously played for Lyon. He is a very attacking player and would certainly get plenty of game time. McKeown was said to have been delighted with this signing.

Daniel Ayala

Former Liverpool player who signed for Norwich was next in the QPR door for a reported fee of nearly around £4m having spent the season on loan at Notts Forest. He is now hoping to be playing more games and impress his new boss.

Nastasic

Yet another signing; this time Nastasic a very young, talented defender who was brought in on loan from Man City as cover. The young centre back will hope to impress both Patrick and Roberto Mancini.

Neal Eardley

Neal Eardley was the next signing who was signed from Norwich. He had spent most of his time at Oldham before signing for Blackpool in 2009. He made the step-up to the Premier League signing for Norwich now playing for QPR and in the Europa League, he is said to be excited for the new season.

Amazing signings mate, unlucky against Man City, but I really enjoyed the Barton and Ferdinand bust ups. Keep up the good work! :D

I didn't give a toss about that game lol we'll thump them some other time. Just trying to make it more interesting; its dull just posting match reports and transfers; need to spice things up a little like other stories :)

QPR handed a tough group

Today the Group Stage of the Europa League was drawn and QPR were drawn in Group K along with:

Patrick was rather pleased as he felt it would test QPR and how much they really are up for it.
Tough group mate, good luck in the group and in the league! :D
a tough group but one that you could progess through Good Luck :D

Team Meeting

Following the arrivals several of the QPR players approached McKeown's office to discuss their future and his plans for them this season. Entered were the following:

Nedum Onouha (NH)
Ryan Nelsen (RN)
Shaun Wright Phillips (SWP)
Patrick McKeown (PM)

PM: Good Afternoon fellas, what can I do for you?

RN: We're pleased you have improved the squad, don't get me wrong boss but a few of us feel you bought too many players and some mainly us three want to know where we stand.

PM: Is this the general feeling amongst the players?

SWP: Yes boss.

PM: Well Ryan you've been a great player for us, nothing short of professional. I just feel at you're age you won't be playing as much. I'm sorry that's the case but now its time to build for the future. As for you Shaun, you've been nothing but utter shite so you can fuck off for all I care. You won't be missed so if thats all..........bye! You will be banned from training with the first team and forced to play with the under 18's. *SWP leaves room quietly*

NH: What about me, boss?

PM: As for you Nedum, I wasn't sure about you at first but after some very impressive performances, you've become a key member of the squad so there is no need for panic. If you need anything, you know where I am.

NH: Cheers boss.
Lol.. Lucky ass Onuoha. You have a tough group, but you can easily finish second.
