2013-05-04 14:39#97534 k1rups : Not the best month but not the worst either...big fan of Shaarawy and he has some outstanding games so great buy there! Hopefully the next month can bring a few better results and the loss against benfica isnt a big deal as dortmund should be strong at home!Yeah we should beat Benfica, those 2 goals came on El Shaarawy's debut. He hasn't been that good since but I think that's only because the whole team has been poor
Dortmund: True football is yellow
Can Dortmund return to European Stardom?

Lars Ricken Champions league Press Conference
Hi Lars a disappointing result last week against Benfica but can you do it?
Lars: Of course we can. This is the easy stage and we should have gone through last year. We got an easier draw this year and I am extremely confident that we can beat Benfica. We have a better squad a better manager, better backroom staff and we're just a better club overall.
So do you think you can progress after Benfica?
Lars: We are aiming to win this competition and I think this is possible. On our day we can beat any football club in the world. That is why I am confident that we can at least reach the semi final. That's a minimum. If we are knocked out before that then we don't deserve to won anything.
Breaking news
Sven Bender has reportedly been cheating on his girlfriend.

The Dortmund man who is ironically called Bender was sleeping with the wife of Bayern Munich star Franck Ribery. Probably because she was sick and tired of Franck's ugly face.Having said that she is no prize pig herself. They have not revealed where they met and they are unlikely to call a press conference anytime soon. Sven's current girlfriend has decided to break up with him, unlike John Terry's misses who brought John a car for his birthday soon after his bedroom antics.Dortmund have announced that they will discipline Sven because of his disgraceful actions.

The Special one:Why else?
Probably because she was sick and tired of Franck's ugly face

Hello and welcome to Munich for the Champions League 2nd knockout round first leg.
We have a great game in store tonight with two fantastic sets of players.
The two sides played 3 days ago and there are some tired players tonight. Dortmund are struggling at centre back because of Santana's recent injury. This means that Mats Hummels has to start and he's not fully fit.Yeah, he's just returned from injury and I'm sure Bayern will target him.The bayern players are apparently raring to go and don't have that many fitness concerns. We come to the question of who will win with the bookies putting Bayern as the favourites. They should be able to win because of the home advantage and the better squad.I'm sure Lars Ricken is aware that they are the underdogs and could therfore change something. Sorry I have to interrupt you Martin but we're getting some team news.
Dortmund: M.ter Stegen, M.Schmelzer, R.Shawcross, M.Hummels(c), L.Piszczek, S.Bender, I.Gundogan, N.Sahin, M.Reus, S.Rondon, J.Schieber
Bayern: M.Neuer, D.Contento, H.Badstuber, J.Kirchoff, P.Lahm, J.Martinez, B.Schweinsteiger, Hernanes, A.Robben, F.Ribery, M.Mandzukic
Kick Off
28th minute:Robben tackles Reus but it falls to Gundogan just outside the area Gundogan lays it off to Schieber who shapes to shoot but instead pases it and it's IN. GOAL. Rondon. He got the ball just inside the area and smashed it into the top corner.Fantastic goal Martin, what a finish and Dortmund now have an away goal which could be Vital.
46th minute: Bender wins the ball off of Hernanes and plays it wide to Reus on the half way line.Watch the run of Gundogan and Reus has found him. Gundogan is through he's got the pace out comes Neuer but Gundogan steps round him and puts it into the empty net.2-0.Bayern have some work to do now.
55th minute: This is why Bayern are not getting anywhere because Neuer is just smashing it up the pitch. It's a good kick this time and Muller wins the header over Schmelzer. OHHH Gomez is through he must surely pull one back.HE'S MISSED. that's poor. That's very poor.
64th minute: Sahin chips the ball over the head of Dante. Rondon is there and we know that he's quick. Kirchoff goes to meet him. Rondon blasts past him and gets to the by line.Reus is unmarked in the middle, chance to make it 3. The ball flies over Neuer and onto REUS' HEAD. 3-0Unbelievable.
69th minute: Ribery with the corner but headed away by the captain Hummels.Great hader.Reus now skips past Lahm with ease and it's two on one Reus and Rondon Vs Contento. Reus still with the ball Contento comes towards him but Reus uses his pace. Reus with the chance and Reus with the finish.4-0That's good night. Brilliant pace by Reus and a splendid finish.
75th minute: The ball is hoofed up the pitch by Mats Hummels.Fantastic touch by Rondon and now he can run at Schweinsteiger and he gets past him. Rondon just inside the box fires the ball into the top corner from the angle.IT'S 5.I'm Speechless.
82nd minute: Rondon picks up the ball at the half way line. He's been fantastic tonight.A real inspiration and he can create something here. He plays it to Schieber who's clean through but slides it to Marco Reus for his hat-trick. Completely unselfish play from Julian Schieber and Dortmund are winning by 6 goals to nil. They can win the whole thing.
88th minute: The ball is launched up the pitch by Kirchoff. He's had a torrid time tonight. Muller wins the flick on and the ball will run onto ter Stegen but Gomez is challenging and he's won it off of ter Stegen and rolls it into the empty net.Just a mere consolation.
92nd minute: Ribery has the ball on the half way line and BENDER come in hard. He'll recieve his second yellow for that and off he goes.It was on Ribery after that sex scandal thing. It should be the other way around.
Final Score: Bayern Munich 1-6 Borussia Dortmund
