The Team Talk That Went All Wrong


After the loss to CF Benfica, I called the players in to have a team meeting. Sitting on top of the table, we needed to arrest the slide before it started. The boys came in and I began.

"Boys, we have had a great first half of the season, if we keep it up we are favourites for promotion," I told them. Of course, I asked the captain to go first.

"The boss is right, we can get promoted if we keep this up," said Jorge Correia. Next Sufrim had something to add. "I agree with Jorge, we can definately win promotion."

Then it all went wrong.

Nuno Samarra put his hand up to say something and I let him go ahead. "I know everyone has there own opinion but I think Sufrim is wrong boss," he said, and you could see everybody elses faces drop, shake or look away in disbelief.

I didn't know what to say, and I glared at Nuno. "Well, that is not the reaction I was after," I said nervously, and that was when the time bomb stopped. Everyone walked away disgruntled.

"Oh my god," I heard some say. "Nuno you prick," others said. Nuno walked off by himself. "Nuno," I agressively yelled and he ran over.

"I'm going to have to transfer list you if your attitude doesn't change," I said. "My attitude is fine, and I feel you've treated me unfairly," he said as he walked off. What a twat, I thought to myself as we continued with training.

Hopefully, just hopefully, this wouldn't cause a massive slide and raise tensions in the dressing room.

Oriental are still leading the pack in February

A poor month to be honest considering our form of late. CD Fatima's form of late has kept us four points clear at the top. We lost a couple of games and drew others and several players were in poor form including notable players Rodrigo Antônio and midfielder Feliciano Condesso. There were clashes of personality in the dressing room and the team couldn't defend set pieces. The coach Zeca and I addressed this immediately. Coming into the last two months we couldn't afford to stuff up now. We held a seven point advantage last month and now it had already been reduced to only four points. We had to hold on.





Sorry for the nature of this post there was confusion with my imgur.com and I accidentally deleted all my results from Month Three to Eight. I will have these up by tomorrow, again I am sorry.

Hahaha :P I transfer listed him because of his attitude but then when Rodrigo Antonio got injured I made up with him and he scored :D Weird world of football

Walter, have a look at the coding on your 1000 view post as there is something wrong meaning that the posts after it are dodgy and on the right side of the screen :)

Imgur Problem


Higuys, as some of you may have noticed about half the pictures have turned into black squares with writing on it - this is because I accidentally deleted about half of my pictures. I will try to fix this tonight, maybe tomorrow (Australia time). Just letting you know that I know and all will be fixed. Thanks :)
