To be fair, it was an unsolicited offer. As in, they came in without going to the press or anything, and just slumped an offer on the table. So, you can always negotiate more when that is the situation

True. But I feel that the salary doesn't represent anything seeing as though you can't do anything with it, so I don't actually care that much about it.

I try to get as much as possible, purely for realism's sake... It would be stupid if I tried to negotiate myself as small as possible a wage just to help a big club, if I wouldn't do that in real life

Yeah I understand where you are coming from, I do try and bump it up but and I don't put it to the smallest. I am like you I like it as realistic as possible, so I try to do that as much as possible

Yeah I understand where you are coming from, I do try and bump it up but and I don't put it to the smallest. I am like you I like it as realistic as possible, so I try to do that as much as possible

Personally I try to take as little as possible for my wages, i know it isn't realistic but i live in the hopes that it means there will be more money available for the club/players/wages etc if i'm not draining the boards resources
