Hi guys, I made a story on this already: http://www.fmscout.com/q-9165-Exploring-the-Depths-of-Yerevan-Armenia.html, but I felt like I cramped it all up so I am starting a new thread, I will do the review of the first 2 seasons as I am currently on my 3rd season.

Introduction to the Manager

Who am I? Lebanese-Australian Manager, Hamoudi Fayad. (myself)
Who do I manage, and where? Pyunik Yerevan, in Armenia.
How old am I? I am currently 28 years old (3rd season).

Goals for the Club (and Country, if possible)

  • Win the league with an average age of under 23.
  • Win at least 15 Armenian Championships with Pyunik. (Current Wins: 9)
  • Win at least 10 Armenian Cups with Pyunik. (Current Wins: 5)
  • Have an unbeaten season in the league. (Current best: 1 loss in a season.)
  • Win all 28 games in the league/100% record. (Current best: 23 wins out of 28.)
  • Have 'state of the art' Youth Facilities.
  • Reach the Group Stages of the Europa League.
  • Reach the Group Stages of the Champions League.
  • Reach the knockout stages of the Europa League.
  • Reach the knockout stages of the Champions league.
  • Win the Europa League.
  • Win the Champions League.
  • Manage the Armenian National Team.
  • Win the Euro's.
  • Win the Confederation Cup.
  • Win the World Cup.
  • To become the Best Manager in the World.
  • Pyunik to be the best club in the World.
  • Armenia to be #1 in the World Rankings.

This is not just a youth story, as I am also allowed to buy players, but I mainly buy young Armenian players so we have a very young team with good players, and not those half-star rated 17-year olds rotting in your youth team. I will also change my goals (and add more) if I feel I can do more, but we will get on to that later in the game. I will have links to each update so it is easier for you guys to read, and idea that Justice has used in his story. :P

Season Review - 2012

In the season review I will go over my Results and Transfers over the season.

Results in the Premier League:

Those were our results, was it enough to win us the league?

Sadly, no. We didn't win the league, the last day defeat against Mika lost us the title.

Results in the Independence Cup:

We didn't win in the Independence Cup, sadly... and this was how we lost.

A late, late winner which broke all of Pyunik fans' hearts.

The Europa League

No Armenian team has ever got past the Second Qualifying Round in the Europa League, somehow we managed to do this along with 2 other Armenian teams:

We made it to the Group Stages along with Ulisses and Gandzasar, which was fantastic! Could we make it past the group stage?

A tough first game away from home. At one point we went 2-1 up, but Benji De Ceulaer scored to late goals in a game where we were expected to lose.

Didn't expect a win, but we won! 3-2, 3 points.

Always expected to lose, but only conceding 2 in 2 games is great! I need to win Genk (Home) and Partizan (Away) to get to the next round, I reckon we could get 4 points in those 2 games.
Could I defeat Genk this time round?

No. I couldn't, and in the worst way. We were winning 3-2 by the 77th minute when Vossen got sent off, yet they still managed to score in the dying seconds of the game. Nobody expected a win but in the 92 minutes we had played I expected a win.

Couldn't care less about the score of this game, even though we could've had a draw had we not conceded late AGAIN.

and finally, the Transfers:

My best transfer had to be Mkrtii, purely because of this goalscoring record:

20 goals in 21 games, he wouldn't stop scoring.

Hope you guys liked this Review, and look forward to the next update: 2013 Season Review! :D

Season Review - 2013

Premier League Results:
Could those results win us the league?

Yes we did, we won our 13th Premier League Title, and our first under my management!

We won the Independence Cup too, completing the domestic Double!

^This was how we won it.

The Europa League

We didn't get as far as we wanted this year, but 2 fantastic aggregate scores did us well in the first two qualifying rounds.

Transfers

My best transfer had to be Alex Henrique, he's 32 but he was my best signing.

and my Star Player, who is only 20:

Ghuka

My next update will be tomorrow, of the next season, which I am almost about to finish, hope you guys liked this! :D
Good start mate! However if I was you I wouldn't do a season in 1 post! Spread it out over at least 3 or 4. Big ambitions for Pyunik and Armenia! Hope you achieve then all!
