2013-05-12 17:23#100307 Louis O. : It doesn't matter who's following, if you enjoy playing the save and writing the story you should continue. And, I'm always following, of course... :P

Yeah I do enjoy it but I want to share it with other people! Just wasn't sure if their was much interest so I didnt know to continue or not

September

Another extra-ordinary month for the club! Claiming all 18 points on offer including manager Gary Neville's first ever Sutton Derby vs Sutton Utd. Once again the teams firepower proved too much for the oppostion, scoring 12 goals this month and only conceding 4.

Going well so far mate! Keep it up!

Thanks mate!

October

The first very poor month for the Robins under gaffer Gary Neville. Only one point picked up in the league and elimination from the FA Cup which brings in much needed income to the club. The main focus though is the league and if we want a second straight promotion we need to bounce back staright away! One reason that could excuse our form is that Ashley Carew is currently injured for 2 months, but I'm not accepting that!

A tough month there mate but still you're in the promotion race and I'm backing you to turn it around!

Thanks mate, Lets hope so anyway!

November

After the previous month, the club bounced back with a bang losing just one game which was in the cup. The goal this season was to stay in the division so with the current progress and being almost halfway through, the goal is promotion and the title would be a bonus! Back to back promotions would improve the club stature hugely and would mean we would be just one division away from the football league. Incredible!

December

Although going unbeaten throughout the month it proved to be a very difficult one for the club. During the game vs Dorchester the clubs leading scoring Ola Sogbanmu was tackled and carried off the field. After the game the physio reported that it was a bad one and Ola would miss up to 8 months, ruling him out for the rest of the season! This is a huge blow for the club who have relied on their target man over the past season and a half and may now have to bring in another face on loan or on a free.

Bad news for Sogbanmu that's a long time out! Still on top of the table good stuff!

January

Not the worst month for us as we managed to hold onto top spot for the month. I seriously began worrying that we would blow our chances of promotion once I heard of the lenght Sogbanmu would miss out for, and 3 games into the month and only 2 goals scored for a club who was known for its firepower, I began believing my fears. Only 1 defeat however in the league and 8 points out of a possible 12 picked up, we continued defying the odds of our pre-season critics.

New Signing

After Ola Sogbanmu's injury we had to bring in another striker. The Columbian Victor Caicedo was available on a free and I couldn't pass up the opportunity. He is only 19 so will improve over time. Gives the squad more depth and hopefully will fire some much needed goals in!

February

A welcomed short month say the team draw in the Sutton derby and go through to the semi final of the Surrey Cup! Great managers such as Alex Ferguson and Pep Guardiola have never won the Surrey Cup so if I could win it I would go down as one of the all-time greats! A convincing 5-2 win in our final game of the month saw Victor Caicedo got off the mark with his new club with a fantastic hattrick!

Carshalton are 1st, level on points with 2nd
Great work keeping on at the top of the table! Promotion looks like it will happen with results like that

Thanks mate! Hope so anyway but it's very tight up there. Playoffs won't be the end of the world but we all want the title!

Wow that's amazing! I thought this story would have finished before it even began! Thanks to everyone who has been following and stick with us, hopefully we will make the Champions League! :p
