How to use FMSE
Current version 1.9.0.0 is compatible with Steam 64-bit Windows edition only.- Unzip and install by running the .exe file.
- Open Football Manager 2018 and load your saved game.
- Open FMSE 18.
- Click on the load icon (small folder, top left).
- Search for awards, cities, clubs, players...
- Double-click on an item from the results.
- A new window will pop-up and you can edit data there.
- Once done editing click on the save icon (small disk, top left) for the changes to take effect.

As we're still in alpha version, please, keep a backup of your save game before using FMSE 18 to edit your game’s data. AppCake Ltd and FMScout.com cannot be held liable for any corrupt game files, or any other issue caused by the use of FMSE 18. A backup will make sure that whatever happens, you will still have your saved game.

Our next major update for FMSE will introduce competition editing and will most likely arrive during the weekend.
Still give "cant find the save game" error. The zip is saved as FMSE v1023.

@Krada: Yes, it's within our immediate plans to localize FMSE. We're hoping to start inviting translators sometime next month.

Normally you should receive your license right after completing your order because the system is automated. If you don't, it can be 1 of 3 scenarios:
- The email went into your junk/spam folder
- You made a typo when filling out your email address
- Our emails can't reach you because there's an issue with your inbox (e.g. out of space) or you (or your provider) is blocking fastspring.com or appcake.co.uk or any of the co-located ip address ranges

I've purchased the license but not received the email (yep, I've checked spam/junk folders etc). I've email the AppCake license address but haven't received a reply. I also checked the email address I used on the purchase and it's correct so I'm not sure why I haven't received it.
