Some disappointing home draws to Norwich and Burnley but other than that you have had some very good results and great to see you top of the league still!
Oh and thanks for smashing Southampton :P
Some disappointing draws but your still top of the league!
Top of the league! Great win V Soton!
Top of the table, a smashing win against Southampton away, a Bermudez goal.. what else can you ask for? Btw, pens saved yo' ass against Milan and Burnley
Pompey Norwich isn't too bad as they've become a really good side since Bredan has taken over - last year they finished second joint scorer in the league (74) with me. The Burnley result was disappointing though, yay for penalties!

Josh Luckily for me when I had a slip up, everyone else did, so s'all good ;)

Adam Thank you! Loved that win, shame I couldn't keep a clean sheet

Jeremy Bermúdez has been really good when called upon, I was looking to send him out on loan, but might just keep him round the squad instead. and you bet they did, lool
This story is what motivated me to join this website and make an attempt at a story myself. I continually enjoy to read this, keep up the good work!
Excellent month Nick, the Arsenal and Milan victories were brilliant!
Wow youre still going strong. And this story still makes for an interesting read :D
Great story Nick! Really impressive what you are doing with Spurs!! Surprised City haven't been more of a challenge to you!!
Milan got raaaped :P.. Might want to check out the Soton youngster who won YPoTM
Joel Thank you, nice to know I helped inspire you! :D

Pompey I used a new tactic for the Milan match, one which I've used since and it's served me well. Instead of having Eriksen sat deeper in midfield, I've had Isco and Eriksen on the wings with Lamela as a SS behind the main striker. It's worked wonders! The Arsenal game annoyed me a bit, especially as they got straight back into the game after HT, which annoyed me because I pressed the wrong thing on the team talk X-(

AS4 Thank you and yeah, hopefully i'll stay there for the rest of the season! :)

Blackpool Thanks! They seem to do well in big matches, but against the smaller teams they tend to drop quite a few points

Jeremy Yeah they did! I've scouted him before, but I already have Ridley and Burley (the latter is the top scorer in the Championship this season) tearing it up, as well as Nkoski who came through my own youth, all of which are rated 4.5* / 5* by my scouts, so I'm hoping they'll be good enough for the future :)
Amazing month there Nick! Absolutely loving this story, keep up the great updates! :)Also good to see United snatching a draw against your amazing team xD

City eye Danish superstar, Eriksen

Superstar: Eriksen has been closely monitored by Manchester City

Manchester City are keeping a close eye on Tottenham's attacking midfielder, Christian Eriksen. The Dane International has been closely monitored by City boss, Jürgen Klopp since his arrival at the Etihad in 2013.

Eriksen, known for his creativity and passing ability was certainly known to City fans before his arrival at Tottenham. In October 2012, Eriksen's ability shone through when Ajax defeated Manchester City 3-1 in the Champions League group stage, a game which saw the playmaker notch up an assist and a goal.

Klopp (left) wants to add Eriksen (right) to his City squad.

What will hurt City fans even more is the fact that Eriksen rejected the chance to join the Citizines 5 years ago for just £11m. Just after his move to Spurs, the Dane was quoted saying

"It took me a while to get here because I said no a few times."

"Last summer City really wanted to try to sign me, but it didn’t feel right for me. I didn’t feel ready for a league like the Premier League and now it looks like I moved at the right time."

"Maybe I wouldn’t have played at City and I wouldn’t go to a club just to stay on the bench. A lot of players moved from Ajax in the last year and it gave me responsibility and made me grow. It made me better."

Prior to this season, Eriksen has featured 133 times in the Premier League for Tottenham, scoring 26 goals and assisting 63.
Uh-oh. When City come calling, it is always hard to refuse the money, but I hope you do. I like Eriksen.
