Rangers announce 15 year plan
The Rangers board have announced a 15 year plan in a bid to make Rangers completely self sufficient without having to delve into the transfer market.

Richie Wright announced the plans in front of the worlds media at a a fundraiser for his charity. Wright plans to only use home grown players through the Rangers academy and not rely heavily on overseas players or pricey Scottish players from other teams.
"We here at Rangers have agreed that we should try bring our younger players through. We have an extensive scouting system looking at the finest young players across the globe and we work night and day trying to bring them into our academy. We hope within 15 years We will have a full squad of world class graduates from the Rangers Centre of Excellence."
Rangers have added to their youth setup in the past few days, after scouting the Irish leagues for the past few months. The following players will join Rangers in the next few days.
