Sweet Revenge On The Cottagers

4-4-2
Line Up - Anders Lindegaard, Rafael, Rio Ferdinand, Nemanja Vidic, Fabio, Michael Carrick, Tom Cleverley, Ryan Giggs, Ashley Young, Wayne Rooney, Javier Hernandez
Subs Used - Paul Pogba, Antonio Valencia, Danny Welbeck

Just the response i was looking for as we cruise into the semi final of the FA cup. Vidic, Valencia & a very overdue goal from Javier Hernandez sealed our win however Valencia conceded a penalty late on and was sent off..something i wasn't too happy about.

A very nice performance from my team in preparation for the trip to the Ethiad a week today in a title showdown with City. Nemanja Vidic bagged himself a hattrick & Wayne Rooney hit in his 30th goal of the season! The next three fixtures will prove pivotal in the race for the crown, following City we have 2 cruch home games with Chelsea & Spurs, interesting times so keep an eye out for updates over the next day or so.

Manchester United 4 - 0 Bolton Wanderers
I would appreciate any feedback on how my season is coming along & any tips to aid me through the final third of the season :)

Your doing well mate. I am a little disappointed that you went a bought Marek Hamsik for £30,000,000 even though you said you would not be splashing the cash on big name players. Maybe you should have given Paul Pogba a chance. It will interesting to see what you do with the older players i.e Rio Ferdinand, Patrice Evra, Ryan Giggs etc.

Anyway, good luck for the rest of the season...

Cheers mate, i did say i wasn't going to fill my squad with big name signings but i didnt mean i would not sign any high profile player, i got Marek so i have a platform to build my team around and my CM position is pretty weak. Pogba isn't ready to be a first choice player in that position however hes getting more and more involved now & Fletcher has been unavailable since december. I already have my plans for the summer and it includes 1 maybe 2 highly rated young english talents, the rest of the cash would be either improving my wage budget or getting a couple of teenage superstars ready to develop hard.

Hernandez Shows His Quality In Great Win

4-4-2
Line Up - David De Gea, Rafael, Rio Ferdinand, Nemanja Vidic, Fabio, Marek Hamsik, Ryan Giggs, Nani, Antonio Valencia, Wayne Rooney, Javier Hernandez
Subs Used - Jonny Evans, Ashley Young, Michael Carrick

This was the night Javier Hernandez showed he has class, his performances prior to this season haven't been to his best and i know he's capable of great things & im happy he showed it tonight. His 2 goals weren't stylish but those of a typical poacher which his what he is..he has an eye for goal like no other. Wayne Rooney got the other in a big advantage going into the second leg next week at the San Siro, first we have a short journey to the Ethiad.

Manchester United 3 - 0 Inter Milan

Major Contract Developments

Just so your up to date with latest contract news..

Danny Welbeck:following his request for a new contract i have decided to accept his demands of 46k p/w through to July 2017. I made this decision as he has performed way above expectation this season bagging 20 goals & 3 hattricks in that spell, im happy about this as he is a massive talent.

Dimitar Berbatov:will not be offered a new contract and will leave on a free at the end of the season.
Michael Owen:will not be offered a new contract and will leave on a free at the end of the season.
Paul Scholes:signed a one year extension with a view of being offered a role in the coaching staff at the end of next season.

City Keep Title Hopes Alive In Stalemate

4-5-1
Line Up - David De Gea, Chris Smalling, Rio Ferdinand, Nemanja Vidic, Patrice Evra, Marek Hamsik, Michael Carrick, Anderson, Nani, Wayne Rooney, Javier Hernandez
Subs Used - Park Ji Sung, Danny Welbeck

Just when i thought City were out of the title race, they show determination to hang right in there after this entertaining draw at the Ethiad Staduim. We were 2-0 up at half time through another Vidic header & Wayne Rooney strike following Nani's saved effort. With 15mins to go Ganso got one back for City and minutes later Sergio Aguero had them level out of nothing..Aguero was shown a straight red just after for a rash challenge on Vidic and thats how it ended. So City may remain still 6 points behind us with 7 games to go however they are still in with a shout and we can't afford to take our foot of the gas.

Manchester City 2 - 2 Manchester United

A great entertaining game and as expected we get ourselves through to the semi finals. Inter went ahead early on however we went into half time 2-1 up courtesy of strikes from Ashley Young & Marek Hamsik. The home side drew level soon after the restart through Milito however we had the final say 5mins from the end when Valencia was put through on goal and could not miss, a great away win which puts us through to face either Valencia or Arsenal with a 6-2 aggregate score.

Inter Milan 2 - 3 Manchester United
Well Done Mate, i do like reading stories where people havent bought everybody and filled their team with big name signings, i personally think i have too many (as it was my first game that i started and before the update) so im looking to sell a few, just not to any other premier league team, unless crawley get money at the end of the season lol

anyways.... good job :) maybe third time IS lucky after all

Very well done mate, I hope you do us proud and win the Champions League. I think you will win FA Cup. Whats the league table?

Cheers boys, yeaa i only got Hamsik in the summer & during the season ive got Pogba involved aswell as abit of time in the first team for Will Keane who has potential :) i also have Fierro joining us at the end of the season so im looking forward to his arrival and as long as i have this file you won't be seeing too many major signings..maybe 1 p/year 2 if i really have to.

I will post the league table very soon so keep an eye out for any updates
