Brett Bowyer, a 15-year-old English left-back from Burscough came to the club on trial with ten other players and was the stand-out teenager to be offered a youth contract and signed with Liverpool. He will slot straight into the U18s. Bowyer follows the footsteps of David Soley, Philip Pritchard, and Bradley Seddon-Griffiths, coming on trial with ten other people and becoming the sole one to be accepted into the U18s.

Danny Wilson is delighted with our new prospect.
I'm taking my Spain squad to Switzerland for a European Championship qualifying match and original players in the squad Fernando Torres & Alvaro Dominiguez were injured - Torres' injury keeping him out for 2-3 MONTHS, so we had to draft in replacements. Real Madrid youth product Jose Agustin Perez was given the chance to impress as the 16-year-old was drafted into the Spain national team from the youth teams, replacing Dominiguez although I'm sure this will only be a one-time thing. The young central defender looks set to shine for Spain though, as my Spanish coaches tell me he has the potential to become better than our best central defender Gerard Pique.

Torres has been replaced by Fernando Llorente.
Liverpool will play AC Milan in the Quarter Finals of the Champions' League - and if we win we get to face either Barcelona or Olympique Lyon in the Semi Finals... most probably Barcelona. I remember when we got tossed out of the Champions' League at the semi-final stage 6-2 on aggregate by Barcelona a few years back... Hopefully it won't happen again this year.
March
It has been an okay month with the only disappointments being the draw against Manchester United and the loss against Chelsea(although that's on 1st of April, but meh).

Premier League table

We are one point ahead of Man City at the top of the league - unfortunately they have a game in hand. We were more than 10 points ahead a few months ago - I don't know what went wrong but I'll have to get my players to buck up if they want to defend the title.

Ben Howard has been awarded the March Young Player of the Month.
We beat AC Milan 6-1 at Anfield with a Luis Suarez goal, two own goals from Martin Olsson, and a superb all-header hat trick from Mario Balotelli. The Italian's first goal came from a Jose Enrique corner and the remaining two came from Lucas Leiva corners. We advance to the Semi Finals beating Milan 8-1 on aggregate, and we shall now face Barcelona who beat Lyon 5-5 on away goals.
Liverpool announce new link with Rosenborg

Liverpool have announced a club link with Norwegian club Rosenborg.

19-year-old Mexican striker Jose Angel Rodriguez's strike hands Liverpool Reserves a 1-0 win over Burnley Reserves and also wins them the Reserves League for the second or third time in a row. Congratulations to the boys and now it's up to the senior squad to make sure they follow in the success of their Reserves and U18s.
BREAKING: Arsenal are in talks over a takeover

Current Arsenal chairman Peter Hill-Wood might leave the club as a consortium is in talks to take over - Italian manager Carlo Ancelotti could be fired by the new board and Arsenal's popular first team coach Paul McGuiness, who joined from Manchester United a few years ago - is favorite to take over if Ancelotti leaves.
April
David Soley has won the April Young Player of the Month award.

The dual Chelsea & Tottenham losses were annoying as we dropped down the league table, but we eventually worked our way back up as Man City couldn't have chosen a worst time to slip up - with us winning 3 league matches consecutively after the Spurs loss. The wins against A.C. Milan were also very pleasing as we won a surprising 8-2 on aggregate in the Quarter Finals against them. However we weren't able to pull it off at Barcelona in the Semi Finals as we lost 2-1 at Camp Nou although we put on an entertaining display. The Spanish giants dominated possession - but we had ten times more shots on goal than them!

Hahahaha
Liverpool are in the Champions' League Final

Liverpool beat Barcelona 3-1 in an incredibly entertaining match at Anfield in the second leg of the Champions' League Semi Final. With the first leg score won by Barcelona 2-1, Liverpool won it 4-3 on aggregate. Luis Suarez scored two goals while Carroll scored one - and the Reds cruised to their second Champions' League Final in two years - having been beaten by Manchester City in the Champions' League Final this season. This year their opponents will be Bayern Munich who overcame Manchester United in the Semi Finals.

Getting to the Champions' League Final has costed Tham however, with him fielding a second-choice starting eleven against Newcastle United a few days before the second leg against Barcelona so as to rest his key players, and couldn't get a winner as they drew Toon 1-1. Man City won their match against Wigan so now the Citizens are top of the league table, only one point ahead of Liverpool who have been dominating the league all season and looked set to retain their Premier League title.
May
Despite Liverpool's best efforts, we have not been able to win the league - ironically as we have been dominating the league table the whole season. And just one slip-up, a 1-1 draw against Newcastle, cost us the title. I am however, pleased with our final match of the season, as we dominated Wigan 6-2 with Mario Balotelli working his magic and scoring all six goals.

LIVERPOOL HAVE LIFTED THE CHAMPIONS' LEAGUE!
The Reds have lifted their SIXTH Champions' League at the Millennium Stadium in Wales, Cardiff. Liverpool beat Bayern Munich 3-1, going behind after a Vagner Love goal for Bayern but clinched their title as top club in Europe with a goal from Lucas Leiva and two goals from Mario Balotelli. Jamie Carragher, in his last appearance for the club, was introduced for Danny Wilson after half time, and with Steven Gerrard getting himself injured in the 70th minute, captained his beloved Liverpool team in his last 20 minutes of professional football and for Liverpool.

Loads of praises have poured in from Liverpool fans and Reds legends including Kenny Dalglish.

Jamie Carragher has officially retired from professional football.

Craig Bellamy, former Liverpool player, has also officially retired from professional football at Dundee United.

P.S. I have about 11 screenshots to show you but Imgur won't load.
