Ter-Stegen is a great signing mate, I can tell you for sure. It is always nice to get cash on players you got for free. Cavani is a beast and I hope that you use a Uruguayan front attack! Finally, the Ibe loan is a great one with 230k per month! Nice deals mate! YNWA!!
I am hoping that they don’t take too long to settle into English football as I have a funny feeling that I have not made enough improvement s in order to build on the sensational performance last season. This may mean I have to delve into the transfer market before it closes shut on me. Thanks for reading.

They should come big for the club and it is the first step towards the rebuilding of Liverpool FC that I plan on undertaking. Thanks for reading.

I thought you might approve of the dealings I have concluded Pauker! Ter-Stegen will be an immense replacement for Reina who is not getting any younger and well Cavani should need no introduction. I will plan on bringing them into the team gradually in order to give them that settling in period that is vital.I was surprised myself how much I got for Ibe! Can’t complain. Thanks for reading as always Pauker/

Awesome signins! :)
It's very nice to see this story back
All the luck for the new season, and keep winning just like the last seasons

There is one more signing to be announced. Bringing in someone to replace Steven Gerrard who is winding down to retirement. Thanks for reading.

The Squad

The Goalkeepers

The club now possess, in my opinion, two of the best goalkeepers in the world. Reina despite coming towards the end of his career, and the fact I won’t be renewing his contract come the end of the season is still in his prime and can is an excellent shot stopper. Stegen has such a bright future ahead of him at Anfield and will easily step into the number one spot. I intend on having him as my number one with Reina in reserve but he will be responsible for being between the sticks in cup ties.

The Defenders

The team now possess one of the best defences in the Barclays Premier League. A combination of the experience from Johnson and Enrique with that of Varane and Papadopoulos will surely see the team concede the least number of goals this coming season. It is going to be an extremely hard decision to make when it comes to choosing my starting back four, especially as Coates and Alderweireld spent a lot of last season moaning they weren’t getting enough game time. Varane and Papadopoulos have to be the chosen centre backs as they are young and have outstanding attributes.

The Midfielders

The midfield area is one that is built on youth and experience. This is surely going to be Steven Gerrard’s last season with his beloved Liverpool FC and it will have to be as I don’t plan on extending his contract after this coming season. The midfield is one that I considered improving this season but I think, as a unit, they have one more season in order to show that they don’t need any improvements. Ayew (who I am glad I didn’t move on during the last January transfer window) and Shelvey will be very important if this team is going to continue their recent success. I am also very confident that Sterling will become a first team regular and I am even more confident he can improve on his 12 goals from last season.

The Attackers

With the introduction of Edinson Cavani, I now believe we have one of the best strike forces in Europe that will surely lead us to more cup glory. I have always flirted with the idea of moving Luis Suarez on but the fact I haven’t done it maybe proves his worth to the team. Benzia has been on loan the past two seasons (at Cardiff City and FC Schalke 04) but it is now his time to stay at the club and learn from the quality of attackers we have at our disposal. He will have to play very well to become first choice in a single striker position but he will get his chance in cup games to allow him to keep gaining experience.
I think Fabio Borini is going to be the stand out player for Liverpool FC this season. He is getting better and better as a player and with 29 goals in the past three seasons I will really be looking for him to get that total in just this season alone.

yesyesyes :D e everything about the way you write is just pure 100% yes :D who needs united when you have Liverpool :D great signings :D more trophies this season :D
What a great squad you have their James. You have some great defenders, Papadoupulous and Varane are quality, their are too many great midfielders to count, and Cavani and Borini will definitely form a great partnership up top. I have the exact opposite feeling that you do, I think that this will be a special year for Liverpool. Good Luck for the Season. :D
Sterling looks outstanding and still so young, by the looks of this team its pretty much set for the next ten years with so much youth and talent.
I have to admit I love the enthusiasm there Mark and it is greatly appreciated. I definitely think I made the correct decision in not going to United, I would just feel, well, dirty. I hope the signings come big for me so we can win everything we are competing for..again. Thanks for reading.

The squad is definitely coming together and the introduction of Cavani, Ter-Stegen and another signing yet to be announced, has added yet more depth. I really do hope it can be a successful year and we can compete for everything possible and bring it home to Anfield. Thanks for reading.

Sterling is amazing and he just got better and better last season. He hasn’t had much chance so far in this brand new season but he will and I am sure he will shine. I am not sure about the next 10 years being sorted but I would say at least the next 5 are. Thanks for reading and being a new commenter.

PFFFFTT you afraid of Arsenal?! We are LIVERPOOL F.C.! WE ARE THE BEST OF ENGLAND! By the way, the imgur pic is wrong from the pre-season. Keep the updates rolling in!

Will sort that asap. Thanks for letting me know. New update coming soon!

Pre-Season

A perfect pre-season in my opinion. Stegen and Cavani have settled in well and put in solid performances and shown they will quickly settle into English football. The rest of the team have responded well to the rigorous training regime they have been put under and hopefully their good performances and form will continue in the tough season ahead.
A very tense affair against a very much improved Arsenal FC side. This Arsenal side is one to fear as they have never really put in that kind of performance against us before. Cavani was given his chance in the second half and performed well and deserved the chance to score the winning penalty against the opposition, which he did successfully. It is another great achievement for the club and another trophy in the cabinet.

August

Results

What an absolutely awful month. I cannot remember the club having a worse one in my time as manager. Not a single player has put in effort into any of the matches so we are fully deserving of the poor results that we have been handed. I have to admit I was gutted that we lost to Borussia Dortmund as it would have been another trophy in our cabinet but their team were outstanding and deserved to beat us by more goals. I have shared with a few FMScouters that I think this is going to be a tough season for us and I don’t expect us to win as much as last season. At this rate we won’t win a thing. I wasn’t going to make anymore signings but after this dire start I think I may just have to.
Hard month m8 but things will get better.
I love your story and I'm sure it will be another great season. Good luck :)
Awesome pre-season mate :)
This start of season had some hard games, but you're doing fine, and the results will be better next month for sure.
Good luck ;)
