It has been great to see the team get back to winning ways and winning comfortably. I still think however that the team is nowhere near first gear yet so there is still a lot more to come. Ter-Stegen has been a revelation this month and has helped the side keep a clean sheet in all the matches. He is by far now the club’s number one choice but Pepe Reina is still a good player to call up on, especially in cup matches. The draw against Paris Saint-Germain was in truth a great result for our lads. The PSG team possess an incredible squad and they will be the more frustrated that they didn’t get a result. The next month starts off against Arsenal, which will be a tough tie, but then it brings us easier matches against Derby County , R.C. Celta SAD and West Ham United (no disrespect to those teams).

Celta doesn't have the best or the worst of the teams in the CL. Good luck against PSG as that result might decide who goes on top of the group.

Just read through all 23pages and as a liverpool fan, it's amazing what you have done, shame to see Stevie retire at the end of season but it will come in real life, and that's one day I definately am not looking forward to, but great story, keep it up :)

You must have had a lot of time on your hands to catch up on all 23 pages but that is very much appreciated. I have asked him to sign on as a coach after the season which I think will signal his retirement from football. I will plan on giving him a good send off when that time comes.

Results


The month got off to a battling draw against Arsenal FC who have an unbelievably strong team that put him a big fight. The rest of the month was pretty plain sailing. I have been experimenting with tweaking formations that were so successful last season to try and make them even better. My aim at the minute is to get Suarez, Cavani and Borini all playing well together as well as giving Sterling and Coutinho game time. The tweaked formation does leave us a bit open on one of the wings but it seems to be paying off when we attack. An all round good month.

Why thank you. The season is finally getting to how it should be, that is with the team winning matches and winning them well. We have already moved into first place, and have games in hands. Our unbeaten run is still going strong in the Barclays Premier League with us being close to nearly 100 games.

I am definitely seeing this as an expectation of the club and one that we can certainly achieve. My main aim for the season is retain our dominance in Europe and Premier League. The remaining competitions don't hold as much importance or significance to me but they all need to be won.
