Cracking update LJO, a really nice style too.

Carlos Fierro seems to be working brilliantly for you!

Just a suggestion, based on the post in the chat - try to make it a bit clearer on the goals and the penalties, just so some don't get confused about the goals. :P

Thanks, also, next time I will put the time of the goal (eg: Carlos Fierro 53(pen),89)

The Madridista:
Loving the new update style! Fierro looks amazing as well, an I hope he can lead you to more great results. Keep up the good work!
Thanks, the update took a while but I am really pleased with how it came off, and I'm actually ahead of Manchester United, they're in 16th, I'm in 11th. Thanks for reading!

Fierro rallies the troops

Middlesbrough's Carlos Fierro has called for the team to wake up and fight off relegation. The Mexican has scored 5 goals already this season and despite his tender age of 19 manager Chris Kamara has labelled him as the team's leader, saying that he tries to help with whatever he can. Fierro has impressed so far, but he says he is disappointed with some of his teammates performances."We aren't doing badly at all, but some of our players need to prove their worth, we need to have everyone working well together or we will not push on". Certainly, Fierro has proved himself, but with Boro having only won once so far, they will have a fight on their hands to stave off relegation.
Great update! :D

Kamara insults referee Dowd

Middlesbrough manager Chris Kamara has said he 'feels like shooting' referee Phil Dowd after he disallowed a last minute winner for Kamara's side against Arsenal. Boro trailed 2-0 at half-time but they clawed it back to 2-2 with goals from Jonathan Woodgate and Graziano Pelle, and they nearly won the game in the 87th minute, when Chris Herd ran past 5 defenders to get to a loose ball first, yet was flagged for offside despite being next to the wall when the kick was taken. Kamara was furious in the post-match interview asking for the F.A. to ban Dowd. " It was an absolute disgrace. I don't care whatever Dowd thought he saw, Chris Herd was behind 5 defenders when the kick was taken! How that is offside is beyond me. The linesman didn't even flag for it, Dowd was just applying the laws of the game's rule no.23. Middlesbrough are not allowed to beat Arsenal, and Dowd's officiating in the Manchester United vs Reading game was poor. Reading can't beat Manchester United, so Dowd sent off 2 Reading players for no reason. Dreadful officiating."
I see Chris Kamara is showing off his delightful attitude...

Nice update LJO, keep them coming!

October: Keep at it

Woodgate headed home against Arsenal

0-0
None

2-2
Carlos Fierro (13), Oleksandr Yakovenko (68)
Marvin Emnes (2 months)

2-2
Jonathan Woodgate (57) Graziano Pelle (76)
Disallowed Goal: Chris Herd (87)

Managers Notes:
Well we drew every single one of our games but we had some difficult fixtures, so it was not a bad month. Carlos Fierro has only got one goal but he has been playing well and setting others up to score for him, something that you have to be a great player to do. We were very disappointed not to have beaten Arsenal after Chris Herd's late goal was stupidly disallowed.

Unbelievable Player Of The Month:
Jonathan Woodgate and Jason Steele have been excellent, despite conceding 4 goals they have been our best players, and it could have been so many more goals if it weren't for them. Unfortunately, Woodgate went off injured towards the end of the Arsenal game but he performed well in the time he was on the pitch.

Unbelievable Goal Of The Month:
Graziano Pelle's goal against Arsenal wasn't spectacular, but it was a nice poachers goal. He latched on to a poor backpass from Martin Olsson and beat Koscielny after he caught up, before rounding Fabianski in goal.
Unlucky to have three draws but the last one was an excellent result against Arsenal. Really unfortunate to have gotten that last minute goal disallowed. Keep it up :)

Yeah, the draws weren't too good other than the Arsenal one, and it was SO INFURIATING when the crap ref disallowed the goal :( Thanks for your support :D

It was a good result but we could have won if it weren't for the crap ref, and about the title I added those to all my updates now :D

Thanks, we've made a good start so I'm confident we can beat the drop now, but I wasn't after the first game, against Liverpool, cause we were absolutely crap in that game :))
