If I were you, I would stay at Huddersfield. If you left, you would have left the challenge half-finished. This is a story that I will love, regardless of team. However, staying at Huddersfield would make it that more worthwhile!

This decision has come down to one thing and one thing only. I agree with the FMScouter’s who have suggested that I would be annoyed at myself for leaving a job half done. I have worked so hard to get Huddersfield Town, who today managed to avoid relegation, into the Premier League and now the Champions League. It will be a great experience playing in Europe’s most prestigious competition and I am quietly confident that we can do better than our fourth placed finish next season.
I have only signed a two year contract as I will want to move onto a new venture no matter what we win our don’t win in the next two seasons. I will now have to face the difficult task of figuring out where to invest the money that I will be given (up to £44 million) to ensure that the team continues to make the amazing progress we have made so far.
Thank you to all who shared their thoughts as your insight has helped me to make this decision. UTT!
