Wow, really good month there. Great update as per usual!

Azevedo Gets Braga Firing!

Since his arrival at the Estádio AXA in July, one thing that Braga manager Armando Azevedo cannot be accused of is failing to tell his players how to find the net!
Braga have delighted their fans by smashing a huge 46 goals past their sorry opponents in just twenty matches, notching up thirteen wins in the process.
Azevedo has managed to find the perfect formation where the strikers are always in the position to be making dangerous runs and scoring with his defense being the best in the league, only conceding 11 goals in 11 matches.
Braga's center back Nuno André Coelho won his first cap for his home nation, Portugal in an unlucky 1-0 defeat to Brazil and has spoke about how Azevedo has changed his playing style in a good way: "Before, I was playing very rigid defensively and I was quite comfortable doing that but it was very boring having to boot the ball up aimlessly, but the new manager Azevedo has told me I'm allowed to have a bit more freedom and I'm now allowed to take the ball out defense a bit and I'm really enjoying that! Azevedo's tactics has earned me my first ever Portugal cap and I'd like to thank him for that, playing for your country is the best thing you could do as a player"
Coelho hopes that his new style of play will earn him a place on the plane to the 2014 World Cup in Brazil but comes under fierce competition from Porto's Maicon, Interzionale's Rolando, Real Madrid's aggressive Pepe and Zenit St. Petersburg's Neto.
"Of course, Portugal have many great center backs at the moment so I will be putting as much effort as I can for Braga this season to get my ticket on the plane. If Braga win something that is a huge plus, so yes, I'll be battling all season to go to the World Cup"
Braga's manager Armando Azevedo said this about his new style that he has brought to Braga:
"I was in the stands as a fan last season and I heard many people mutter about how rigid the center backs, Coelho and Kadu were and the lack of opportunities the strikers were making themselves so when I became manager I did my best to drill a new playing style into every player. It was difficult, yes. The players have just been told a new way of playing, it took time for them to adapt but it seems to definitely be paying off for us as we're battling for top spot this season!
